Ask her to meet you at a Dunkin Donuts (or Tim Hortons, depending on the area), OTC.

If she bites, she's LE.

unless her very first review ever was quite recent, the rate info on TER could be out of date already.

You've sen her ad  on line.she has no reviews or only a few.Maybe they sound too good to be true.Here's a method I came upwith to find out if she's a pro or l.e, before you risk everything.

1.) If her sight doesn't specify a rate, contact her and get that information up front. During the conversation, ask if she'd be willing to meet you for a drink for her regular hourly rate. Specify that this is only for a drink and conversation. Paying someone to have a drink with you is obviously not against the law.

2) if she agrees and keeps the appointment, she's most likely a pro and not a cop because a sting operation wouldn't waste time  and manpower to meet you if they knew they couldn't bust you.

3) since you already know her rate, do not discuss money for sex  when you meet. Instead, you now have the oportunity to see what she looks like,discuss the menu , plan your session, go over any details and find out if she's going to be a good date'. If you're like me, you're done with "wham bam thank you m'am'and you want a little personality and give and take for your gfe.

4) yeah, it's a pricy way of going about screening a provider with no reviews, but consider the alternitive. You might be walking into an L.E. trap, and lose more than the price of a session.

If you have a serious concern she's LE, don't see her.  So much simpler.  Also, if her site doesn't specify a rate, calling her won't work.  Most providers will end a conversation immediately if money or sex acts are brought up.  As for the rest, I agree with GaG: I pay providers to put something in their mouths, but it ain't food.

Why would I go through all that hassle when I have gorgeous, well reviewed and many I personally have met providers in the city I live.

To meet you, she'll have to spend at least a little time getting dressed & makeup, travel to the resturant & back, so there's 2 hours gone for which you compensate her for one.   If she's a Pro, she'll decline & book an appointment in that hour.
Now you said there was no rate specifed...  but if you use your TER VIP, you can at least know about what her rate is...  and read her profile & reviews.  
No Provider will discuss any menu other than the resturant you are at.

TER VIP costs less than the hour you are going to compensate her to meet you for a drink.  I think the OP is missing the point of TER.

If she is just going to meet for drinks/dinner and the OP is paying her full rate many gals would be happy to do so.  No different than an outcall minus the BCD.

I just think the OP is a paranoid hobbyist looking for affirmation on "his surefire way to avoid LE", perhaps so he can commemorate this in his book.."How to avoid LE and go broke, without getting fucked".

Hopefully he will get an advance on this so he can keep NOT seeing ladies.

Calling a provider out for drinks for a session, and asking her in detail what she provides in the bed you will either make you come off, and creepy, a perv soome wasting her tim, or LE yourself, this will result in you being DQ by her, and you've lost the chance to every having a session with her. If she knows enough ladies word could get out, and you could vary well bbe DQ with several young ladies

Do a decent back ground check, checking for past ads,  with different photos. You're new at the game so you should only leave the newbie ladies to the veterans until everyones sure she's legit.

Why would any provider turn down a paid date? I'd take it in a heartbeat (with screening).

Would a guy turn down an offer for a free session as an LE check? I don't think so.

And he is right, no cop is going to waste their time and be in an uncontrolled environment. Just the fact that she would agree to it makes it less likely that she is LE.

But it doesn't make it a guarantee.

No girl is going to feel comfortable discussing any kind of "menu," especially in a public place. So, that is just a bad idea, period, under any circumstances. You are more likely to invoke the CYA "I don't do any of that" speech, so it's not going to actually tell you what she will do BCD anyway.

And if the bartender or someone overhears you, they could call the cops and you would have a lot of explaining to do.

You may reduce your risk with this approach, but you are much safer seeing reviewed girls. (goes without saying)
