you know what grinds my gears ---    will have a great intense session with a lovely woman, i get drained - and i think - that was fun but i think i will hold off for a while, dont need "it" so bad anymore - will save some money for now - its not that important to get laid for a while --    that feeling lasts for about a whole ...  48 hours  LOL  Damn!

My experience is similar -- 48 hours (up to maybe twice that) and then the urge returns.

But my gears don't grind.  I have been made happy and satisfied by a lovely and skilled woman, and I get to keep the wonderful memory, for ever after, of how she looked and felt and sounded as she drained me and blissed me out.

That's money well spent, happiness well experienced, part of a life well lived.

grinds my gears .. i bet a lot of people got "the joke"  its a cultural reference.           yeah damn i wish i could go more than 48 hours .. spent well into mid  6 figures on pussy over the last 20 years.   wish my wallet had a larger voice and better self control !!    wife doesnt count  LOL

So when I get back to it, I think I'll be set for a couple of weeks since I'm used to not getting laid anyway.
