I want to give my provider an intense orgasm.
Is this usually allowable. Tongue
Or will they try to fake it.
Do they ever REALLY get aroused

But if it isn't a joke, it makes a lot more sense if you replace the word "provider" or "they" in his text with "my blow-up doll".

You ARE joking right? Do you really think we are ALL actresses who just want the almighty dollar?

Speaking for myself, I would NOT be a provider if I wasn't having mutually enjoyable events with my partners/friends. Fortunately, most of my gents seem to want to make sure they take care of me.

That was one of the biggest surprises when I entered this profession. HOW delightful a revelation!

One of my favorite gents always brings massage oil, heats it and then proceeds to give me the most erotic massage I've ever had. Yep, just hate that. LOL

So, that is one of the many reasons why I LOVE what I do. I get to have LOTS of orgasms, meet great folks, travel to interesting places and enjoy a very nice life. One downside?  I go through a LOT of bedding and towels. Oh, that's not really a downside is it? LOL It's messy but it's fabulous.

Ya can't fake that darlin'.

Smiles and Kisses,
Anneke

I don't read kenshireen's question as a joke at all.  This is a long-asked and serious question: do providers often (or ever) have real orgasms, or just fake ones?

I would assume some ladies here might answer honestly, if necessary under a different name.

My own suspicions are:

(a) many, perhaps most, men(unlike you)are thinking only of their own orgasms during appointments, and don't necessarily concentrate enough on pleasing their partner.

b) when men do try to produce female orgasm, they don't necessarily know how to do it well.

c) even if they know what to do mechanically, men often don't exhibit the communciation skills with their partner which are necessary to find out what pace and places really please her;

(d) even if a,b,and c are done well, the time pressure of an appointment can make it difficult for provider and client to relax, a precondition for female orgasmic success.

Given all these difficulties, you can't blame women for faking orgasms, when they feel they need to to keep a customer.

I've had very good luck, with two providers, after I've gotten to know them.  I have tried hard to give them personal emotional support, kept in touch with them by e-mail, taken them to lunch, etc. If you earn a lady's trust, you may be richly rewarded, with female orgasms that are not fake.  And yes, after you've developed a personal relationship, you will be able to tell when they're not fake.

You can find good basic information by googling "How to produce female orgasm".  A website called Sex 101 is good.

This British article is incisive.  Its point that multiple female orgasm is a *learned* response, which mature women may have better ability for, may be appropriate for providers. Some, like Anneke, have learned well how to do it, when they have considerate and appropriate clients. See link, or pasted version below.

How to help your female partner have orgasms

Written by Dr David Delvin, GP and family planning specialist and Christine Webber, psychotherapist

These days most women want orgasms. That wasn't always the case. Not much more than a generation ago, many adult females simply didn't have climaxes - and a lot of them weren't bothered about it.

Some doctors claimed that, for a huge proportion of women, it was 'normal' to have no experience of orgasm. Indeed, as late as the 1970s there were still some who maintained that the female orgasm didn't exist - and was simply a myth made up by the media.

All that has changed now. These days, medical opinion is that every woman should be able to have orgasms - if she wants to. Furthermore, the view of most sex experts is that the majority of women are capable of multiple orgasms - if they wish to have them. In general, the ability to have multiple orgasms is greater in more mature women.

What is a female orgasm?

We're writing this explanation in the assumption that you - the reader - are male. But what follows will be of interest to a lot of female readers too.

What happens in a woman's body during a climax is very like what happens in your (male) body when you ejaculate. In other words, there's a feeling of increasing excitement, building up to a point where everything 'blows' in a great blast of ecstasy. This 'orgasmic moment' is characterised by surges of contractions in the sex organs, occurring almost every 0.8 seconds.

Men are well aware that these throbs of pleasure are accompanied by the pumping out of spurts of seminal fluid. Obviously this doesn't happen in women.

A few females do produce some fluid at orgasm, but the impression given in so many erotic stories that most women 'ejaculate' is not correct. Only a minority of females do this.

Multiple orgasm

The other big difference between male and female orgasm is this: after the first climax, many women can 'come' again, often within a minute or two.

This ability is extremely rare in males. Relatively few young women can achieve multiple orgasm, because it's an ability that usually has to be learned. But with the help of a skilled lover, most women can eventually achieve the capacity for multiple orgasms - if they so desire.

Bringing women to a climax

For men perhaps the most important thing to realise about female climaxes is that with women, it's not a mechanical thing - as it generally is with men.

You see, most males will ejaculate quite quickly if they have their penises rubbed. This applies even if the circumstances aren't very romantic - or even if they don't particularly like the person who's doing the rubbing! Women are not like this! Female orgasm isn't a push-button response. The conditions have to be right.

Although females vary, many women need the following if they're going to reach a climax:

a romantic atmosphere

pleasant, comfortable surroundings

a partner who they really like

a feeling of being wanted and appreciated

a good flow of natural lubrication - so that the delicate female parts don't get sore

a skilled partner who knows how to stimulate the clitoris.

Unless you can provide the above, you are not going to have great success in giving your partner orgasms.

Please bear in mind that - contrary to what many men think - sexual intercourse by itself is not likely to produce an orgasm. This is because intercourse alone is not very good at stimulating the woman's clitoris. Nearly all females need additional stimulation of the clitoris by fingers or mouth.

What to do

In summary, here's what to do if you want to bring your partner to orgasm regularly:

don't be in a rush.

don't be too demanding - it's not an Olympic event.

talk to your partner, and ask her what she wants you to do to her.

always create a romantic atmosphere.

make sure that everything is comfortable and nice for her.

give her lots of kisses and cuddles before you even think about making any approach to her sexual area.

when you do start to stroke, rub or kiss her genitals, don't rush into 'attacking' her clitoris. Take things gently, and see what she wants.

use her own natural lubrication to moisten her clitoris. (If she is over 40, it may be a good idea to use some additional lubrication from a chemist or a sex shop).

remember that stimulation of the clitoris is the key to female orgasm.

sometimes encourage her to run your sex sessions. You can learn a lot by watching how she stimulates herself or by really listening to her when she suggests a sex position, or a particular caress.

Being in the sex industry, isn't it obvious that I despise myself so much that under no circumstances will I ever (or could I ever) allow myself to enjoy and take pleasure from what I do?

Of course it's allowable.  They may fake all of it, though, it depends on the lady. You usually need an MRI to tell.  They get aroused a lot; they might be running a business, but sex is a natural process.  They will always want orgasms, on or off the clock.  The best ones know how to give themselves orgasms while giving their best to a client. Others might not expect them, but still want them.

Just don't forget that the session is for you and the gift covers that.  Listen to what she likes and do it, don't try to prove yourself.  For the best ladies, you aren't going to take them anywhere they haven't been.  Though they can give you a tour of where they have been.

Can you seriously stop yourself from having an orgasm? There are a few providers I have had sessions with and they seriously know how to give head so what I do is try to hold back my orgasm. I can prolong it for maybe an additional 5-10 minutes but then I can't take it any longer and have to release. I think the same holds true for most providers. How long can you have sex for and not reach an orgasm? While I would have to believe that some guys either don't care about bringing a provider to an orgasm or are clueless about how to do it, there still are guys out there who can rock a girls world and give her a real O. While I agree that most of the O's are fake, you can tell when an O is real.

Absolutely!  As an older hobbiest it is a prime selection criterion for me.  I can pop once, but if my lady has multiples I am a very happy camper.
I am careful not to put pressure on my lady because it can be intimidating.  I just gently ask "would you like to come again?"
