Your third paragraph is guy's dream ("...pleasure her all over again and told you...") but what you are asking her is to put herself in an extremely vulnerable position.
For me a simple "I enjoyed myself, don't hesitate to contact me again" is ample reward.

I have dated many hookers, but I can only think of one where the chemistry was instant and it was only a matter of a few days until money was no longer part of the equation.

A lot of us develop the attitude that it's ok to blow money because we will make more later. Sometimes your phone is ringing off the hook and other times you hear crickets, thus the "I have no money to pay my rent" complaint. It would be nice to make this a career that lasts a while but eventually you have to move on with your life. I invested in a time locked slot safe recently to help with saving money; so far so good!
I set it for the first. When it opens I grab all the money I need to pay rent and bills and then I close it and set it for the next month.

Half the women going to regular clubs I patronize, are looking for NSA sex or trophy sex just like guys .
I don't consider a one night stand a relationship.
Granted, occasionally a Party Gal will try to turn a one night stand into something never to be, but she's an exception rather than the rule.
I know a couple strip clubs near the Beach that had one side reserved for women paying to watch male dancers, the other side of the club was female strippers.
Guys and gals could visit the side with female strippers. Patrons on the female stripper side were 90% guys.
The side with male strippers ONLY allowed entry to women.
When the side with the women watching the male strippers closed, usually around 11 pm, many of the Gals would venture over to the female stripper side.
Those bars would pack to overflow with Gals on male stripper night.
After the show many of those gals were primed and ready for adventure. 
Unfortunately those clubs were eventually shut down. Some guys not willing to move to Key West, sued for discrimination, because they weren't allowed entry to see male strippers.
It's a bummer when a few mess up something going so well for many.

not just fantastic sex. No, that has never happened to me but a provider did tell me once that this guy came to her and from the first moment she saw him she wanted to fuck him and never charged him.
