When do you feel this should happen if at all?

We have your website as well as reviews.  
I'm certain you screened us a bit.

I feel it takes away
from the date if it needs to be talked about while we are making out.

It would be amusing if she reeled off a list of rules like a waitress

in a greasy spoon diner with an order pad in one hand. (I hope it's ok that I posted these 'thoughts' bkz technically they are my dog's and he asked me to pass them along. He likes to kibbitz when i'm on TER.)

It Can Be Done In the Right WAy

Some ladies do it with a little humor.  One I can recall even made it sound sexy---though I realize that defies all logic.   But if done bluntly and like a reading of your Miranda rights it would bea turn off.
