I am always paranoid of getting arrested.

Question:  If i am seeing a provider I know is a legitimate provider, I have seen her  before, she is reviewed, etc.  Say we meet at a hotel.  Can I be busted?  Can they have 'suspicion' and just break in on us in a room, and cuff me and haul me off?

What if i am just getting a massage?  How can i be safe?  What is the safest way?

..., although nothing is guaranteed in the hobby.  You said the following things: (1) she's a legitimate provider, (2) you've seen her previously, and (3) she's reviewed.  These things alone reduce the odds of being busted to nearly 0%.  Once you've paid for her time, you and her are just two consenting adults fulfilling your sexual urges.  Unless LE somehow records you saying something illegal, the grounds for any bust are extremely weak.  And "how can I be safe?"  You're already doing that.

What can I say?  I got bored

. With a new provider I don't pay until I am leaving .. That way I know I can't be busted..I walk in the room and say missed you baby and start kissing her and  If she asks for the donation or asks me what I want to do I say  " What the hell are  you talking about and leave"
