All of my exes are 18-30 years older than me. Older men date/marry younger women all the time. Big deal. People have affairs, one night stands, and lunchtime sex at hotels. Who cares if you need more towels or put up the DND sign? That's not illegal.
When I accept a dinner date with one of my clients, I make sure we don't look out of sync. For instance, I'm in my mid 30's, busty, great smile, wear a size 6-8, 5'8" and very well-groomed. I wouldn't accept a date with anyone who has poor hygiene, missing most of their teeth, didn't dress nice or couldn't hold a conversation.
Don't worry about what other people think. You can walk into a restaurant with Cameron Diaz or Roseanne Barr. People will talk regardless.

Delightful young lady. I enjoyed my dinner tremendously, and her company even more so. The chef came over and talked with us--though his eyes were glued on her (I would have wondered about him if they weren't--she is a damn sight better looking than me).
Does the hotel staff know? The front desk clerk at this hotel certainly does--he knows both my regulars by sight and treats them very well if they show up before I get back from work, knowing to give them a key and send up a bottle of wine.

Odd is seeing two people of the same age going out for drinks and sneaking off for a hotel rendezvous. With all the older man /younger women couples we have here, plus that so many guys have ladies on the side (and hey, vice versa as well!!) , I think we pretty much blend into all of that.
I will say though, all the time I have friends visiting and Im so used to swinging by their hotel to get them before a night out, and it wasnt until I started this that I started to feel like all eyes are on me, like everyone KNOOOWS even though thats not what Im there for. I now hate when I have to wait in the lobby for my friend to come down so we can go out, whereas before I started escorting it meant nothing to me to do that.
