4 weeks and I have not touched the stuff. The first week was a ROYAL BITCH!. The "Patch" was doing OK for the nicotine withdrawl but the oral gratification part was difficult. That said; I'm soon to start the 3rd & final stage of the "patch" program. At $45.00 for a box of 14 patches(generic) I'm real glad this is the final stage.

You have this thing beat!  Congtatulations, my fine dining friend.  You can now truely savor the oral pleasures in life and so can those with whom you choose to romp.

I know what you're going through, as I'm in the throes of quitting myself.  I had a setback 2 weeks ago called Las Vegas, but I'm back on track now, and ever more determined.  Keep going!
