From my calculations, the formula is
Location*2 +
(Chemistry*2) *2 +
(performance+looks) /2*7
Divided by 10
So, location accounts for 1/10th of the rating, chemistry for 2/10th, and the average between looks and performance account for 7/10 of the rest.
I tested it with multiple profiles, and I'm quite confident that this is indeed the formula.
Thanks Keyboard, much appreciated! I'm not a 'math' guy so never would have figured it out. But, I knew there was some sort of calculation, it was driving me nutty trying to figure it out.

If you care to know how I figured it out - well, clearly we only submit 4 grades, and clearly it was dependent on more than two grades.
My guess was that the weightings were either a multiple of three (wasn't sure location played a part) four, five or 10. The latter two because well decimal system.
Now all I had to do was find three profiles where performance=looks and location=chemistry so we'd have three unknowns. I was lazier, so I just assumed the number of weightings is 10 and that meant I only need to find two profiles to solve for two unknowns.
I found such profiles and then solved the equation for X nd y, checked on other profiles, then solved for individual ratings. It all checked out.

But the TER Rating is 6.5.
Some error somewhere in your approach I think.
I would only note that both location and chemistry are base 5 while looks and performance is base 10 so that times 2 on those two measures makes a lot of sense to me. In the above review both would translate to a number greater than the average performance. Just based on that one might expect that the average rating would be above the average of just the performance and looks metrics.
Same holds for the review in the OP from BP. Once you adjust the location and chemistry to a base 10 rating systems they become 9.2 so having the overall rating greater than the given performance rating is not all that surprising.
I just checked, and the current numbers match. I get 6.53 and TER has it at 6.52.. considering there are round off errors when average performance and looks are calculated, it's close enough.

However, the fact of a Provider receiving 11 reviews in one month, indeed has!

They typically shower twice With each customer, once at the beginning and again at the end, unless the customer still smells fresh from his recent shower at home. Then they will skip the first co-ed shower, but never the second one. They make sure that any part of the customer's body where they might be putting their mouth is personally washed by them with soap and warm water.
They do not change sheets, but they place an oversized beach towel, or some other linen covering, on the bed, which is removed and laundered after each customer. This is the "blue toast" referred to in Kgirl reviews. Its a required part of the routine. They will also mouthwash themselves after CIM during the session.
Kgirl customers are more diligent about reviewing because they know it's reviews that drive new customers to the girls.
