I just logged on there with no problem so I'm not sure why you can't.  

I recently cleared my computer history which wiped out all my auto-saved passwords, and I totally forgot my password.  When I click in the "forgot password" link it asks for my email and it's supposed to send a recovery link.  I do that and nothing happens...nothing comes back.  I tried both emails that I uses in hobbyland, still nothing.

As always, everyone's mileage varies. I had several dates with ladies on there.

I’ve had a similar issue and been unable to get a confirmation email to actually deliver, seems like there must be an issue with their confirmation email delivery system but can’t find any way to contact them for support either.

If using incognito mode in some browsers, their auth used some cookies that were not being retained.

The "forgot your password" link does work.  It takes a few days to show up!?!

Or any loss at all IMO.

Though it seems quite a bit less useful than it used to be.
