Sometimes those pics are actually not owned by the model. Perhaps when Jenna was starting out she surrendered copyright on that particular pic...Not that plagiarizing doesn't happen on the web, only to say that while the pic could in fact be Jenna, it could also be that the pic is utilized in a manner entirely consistent with the licensee. Now in regards to truth in advertising, who knows what sort of implied warranty other countries apply, not to mention the vigour within which they're enforced...
