And then, just give some sort of tangible "thank-you."  Money for sex.. and equal balance, and everyone can go on with their lives.

It's a very dishonorable thing to dangle things like love, responsibility, commitment, before you are ready for such things, in front of a person who you suspect wants such things in order to manipulate your way into getting laid.... only some of the time...

When you are finally honest about what you really want, there is nothing wrong with getting it in the easiest way possible.
