I've been seeing one person for a number of years.  While I never seem to see her as often as I would like, I do manage to get with her about one time every month or so.  She really has become my all time favorite person to be with.  She is smart, beautiful, sexy, open minded, and seems to care about me more than just as a client.  

I also see a number of other providers but never have had the same type of connection.  Some I've seen a few times while others only once.  As I read through all of the posts about ATF and the reviews about how this one is going to become one of my ATF, I'm curious as to how/why a particular provider becomes your ATF?  Is it because of a deeper connection or is it just plain old physical attraction and hormones at play?

She created enjoyment for me like NO OTHER was capable. I guess I made her laugh(usually during sex,LOL)enough that she went out of her way to accomodate my scheduling needs. She stayed above and beyond time expectations. I didn't mind 'gifting' her above and beyond as well. She made a point of making my insecurities a challenge for her to ease. I went out of my way to help with her 'life needs'.

NONE of this was planned. We just fell into it. Never even spoke of it. Never asked each other to do anything.

Now obviously the business arrangement went out the window.

I've mentioned it before, but genuineness in word and deed. I'm not looking for perfection. Obviously the ladies I've seen I find very attractive. But for me an ATF requires genuineness. I don't go looking for an 'ATF', but over time I find it developing. Shared interests help. I'm a lover of the mind, as much, if not more, than the body. An ATF for me is one that I respect when she shares something about herself, or a thought on a topic we are discussing.

It just makes it hotter when I can once again be physically with her.

Perfunctory emails don't cut it.

People come and go in this biz, due to retirement or other events.

Mutual kindness and respect, watching each other's backs with regard to the hazards are important. Chemistry is good but being able to be friends at some level is better. Each of my current favorites offers something unique.

One is a sounding board. We are in frequent contact about how life is going and we each point out alternatives the other might not consider.

One is entertaining, diverting with interests that merit further exploration.

One sealed the deal with the plan of doing me "some real good, not just GFE stuff". It's been astonishingly good for me.  

Oddly enough, the encounters with these wonderful ladies are often unreviewable by TER standards. Yet they remain deeply satisfying to this client.   But then my requirements are atypical.

I bought into the use of the term ATF because it's so common on hobbyist boards but I have come to realize that it really makes no sense.  It should be "CFP".  The Current Favorite Provider can change and it has many times during my hobbyist years.

When we use ATF we really mean CFP.

Looks, sexual taste, chemestry, astrological compatibility, taste in arts, politics, sense of humor, etc.

The proportions of each of these things will vary from person to person and also vary with time, which is why relationships sometimes end or get cool.

It consistently felt good. She makes herself quite available. She's very discrete. Our off the clock times together felt very natural, and no lines were crossed leading to the creation of personal drama.

The first time I had sex with her it was like nothing I'd ever known before. Passion on both our parts and it's still just as strong as ever. She never looks at the clock and we've kinda settled into a routine as well whenever we get together. She's up for pretty much everything and willing to try all things at least once. I've been with some gorgeous ladies but she's the one I measure all the rest against. I may have to start taking the little blue pills in order to keep up!
If she wasn't bat-shit crazy I'd probably ask her to marry me! LOL!

Another became an ATF simply because the sexual chemistry was there and we both knew it. But we had little in common and really did not like each other, and personal frictions caused us to part company.

Still another became an ATF also because the sexual "fit" was really good. Did not hurt that we genuinely liked one another as well. So we see one another regularly and try to communicate well to keep things in balance.

Now - shall I also mention escorts who are "ATFs" or just keep it to civvies?

I currently have 2 ATFs who I've seen for several years, although not often enough.  One is my hometown favorite and my other favorite is on the west coast.

Just over over six years ago this month, I had my first hobbying experience with a visiting lady on my first time.  Tonight, almost 200 visits later, great as it has ever been.  Over this time, we have developed a rhythm we are both comfortable with, and it works.  

You can apply the lessons learned to seeing other ladies, and make friends with them.  But, unlike many, I never lost my ATF, and that is so COOL!
