If prostitution was legal in all fifty states, could the criminal justice system! put people to work as prostitutes, as a work program?

Obviously the state would keep the majority of the profits, as they already do with which ever product/services they currently market

...unless the relevant work history includes previous employment as such, they would not be obliged to do so. Just like if I went on unemployment after losing a job as a bank officer, and there was a listing of an employment opportunity as a rodeo clown, I would not be obligated to apply for that position.

I was talking slave labor, and no a slave does not have to be good at their job. Anyone can have sex.

How license plate makers do you think there are outside the prison walls?

prison labor anywhere in the U.S.  At most prisons, inmates are ALLOWED to work at certain jobs either for money (substantially reduced wages to offset some of the room and board costs) or for privileges that may not be available to other inmates who don't work.  Federal prisons near military bases often provide groundskeepers, warehousemen and other jobs for which they pay minimum wage to the justice department with only about $1,60 an hour going in the prisoner's account.  Prisoners can then spend the money in the prison commissary to purchase extra food items, cigarettes, toiletries, etc., or may save it and receive the savings upon release.  Some prisoners have left the system with over $20,000 they earned while incarcerated in voluntary work programs.

If prostitution was legal, is the premise. You know a job any living body could perform, you have already forfeited your rights by being incarcerated.

Facts aren't really relevant in a hypothetical situation, are they.

One fact of the matter, prisoners do not get a fair wage for their labor.

sound like a complete moron.  Your post said, if it was legal, could the prison system "put them to work."  I said there is no forced labor, of any kind in the US prison system.  That is a fact that means your premise is flawed.  No, they can't put them to work, because forced labor is NOT legal, whether prostitution is legal, or not.  Get it?  Its not that complicated.  You shouldn't post once your brain shuts down for the night.

You equate prostitution to labor?

Nor did I say US prison system, it's up to the states.

Abortion is legal, and in certain states, wards of the state can receive forced abortions.

The competition is fierce, and wide open now that fg is MIA, but she certainly has the potential to win.

I neither love nor hate you. No more than I would hate an annoying fly buzzing around my house.

I do find it rather amusing that you have seen fit to post more than three or four almost meaningless words in each one of your posts. At least you had brevity going for you before, I hope you aren't going to become both stupid AND longwinded going forward, but that strategy could put you over the top for SPOTY. Dumb as you are, you could never compete with fg and he would have had a lock on the title if he didn't go MIA, but with him gone, you really do have a legitimate chance to win. Go Fancy!!! lmao

In cases like Fancy or FatVern I believe in abortions all the way up to the 300th trimester, and in some cases I don't believe the mother has the "right" to have an abortion, she flat owes it to society to abort the devil's spawn. lol

But t the question of slave labor, you have to consider that making a long as a sex provider requires a bit more skill than just having sex. And, they have to the right acumen and to some extent have to look the part. And if legal and thus foisted on the poor in order to pay the debt of their keep, both men and women would be assigned the job of providing sex for a livelihood.

This is obvious. There are a lot of women walking around this planet who couldn't get the price of sardine mustard and onion sandwich for a fuck. So although a lot of States might be governed by dimwits dumb enough to try to impose it, it wouldn't "work" in any way that success of such initiatives are measured.

Name one state and cite evidence of a single instance of a state forcing an abortion on a "ward of the state."
