I've made the same observation and do see the same level of women. Some worked in corporate America and I think to a large extent they became bored with it, especially if advancement opportunities never arose. But a lot of us, men and women, are not cut out for corporate jobs and need our freedom. Even a super intelligent women can make more money as an escort in far fewer hours than spending years on a trendmill leading to a gold watch. This may be 2004, but women still do not fare as well as men in legit business world despite the same level of education and experience. And they often use the free time to pursue their real passions in life. I've met countless women involved in the fine arts and other areas of personal satisfaction. And here they don't have to worry about equal pay.
Good points. Life should be an adventure and as much fun as possible. Work, in fact, should be fun. That epithany came to me when I was in an infantry division in Vietnam. The corporate treadmill was never for me, either. Come to think of it, maybe (if I'd been the correct gender), I would have become a provider, too! As it is, I get to enjoy the fine ladies who made that choice, and I'm grateful for them.
I find it very rewarding to spend time with an interesting, intelligent, funny and sweet lady. Many of the ladies I have met are Ivy League educated, former lawyers or similar, well travelled, etc.

Ditto, I was not at all surprised by their above average intelligence. While I do give a small amount of consideration to reviews I normally visit the Providers website. I will read everything on the site and then go back at least 3 or 4 times.
The website speak for itself, content, layout, design, advertising etc. Their marketing skills would be the envy of most large corporate marketing departments. They obviously have good financial skills, and probably could give all of us some good investment advice.
What does surprise me is the skill and the passion that they put forth in their trade, and the fact that while they may not enjoy their work as much as we are led to beleive they certainly do an excellent job of making us think otherwise.

Intelligence is very sensual if used in moderation but I've seen a couple of ladies who try too hard at appearing to be educated. The use of $5 and $10 dollar words should be moderated very carefully, it's too easy to make the other person uncomfortable.
Sooner or later even in the higher scale as you refer to it you will encounter individuals who are just of average intelligence and some who are true intellects and are totally fascinating to talk with. The intelligent ones seem to do this by chose and do enjoy meeting people from different walks of life, some have gotten themselves stuck in this business for one reason or another and can't break out of it due to obligations and responsibilities they have created for themselves. Hopefully you will always be fortunate enough to find the real gems that are out there - always be careful of the bitter self-centered ones that can call to you like the Sirens of old and drag you down into the depths of their world.
