For her to consider it, you'd probably have to pay her monthly income for many, many months in advance. An exclusive arrangement is essentially taking her off the market and putting her business and clientele on hold. Pretty scary because it takes a lady a lot of time, money, and effort to keep her business steady. How much money would it take for a guy to consider quitting his job? Certainly not one month's salary.
Plus, what if the guy asks for an exclusive arrangement, then 2 months in, he decides he doesnt want to continue? Most of her clients have moved on and are settled in with new ATFs, leaving her wondering how long it'll take to build her clientele again. Thus the need for financial stability beyond just a month or two.
But then again, Im sure some ladies would love an exclusive arrangement, especially if they are part time providers with another job. A full time provider would probably be harder to pull off the market.
All you have to do is finance an added story to her beach house...... At least that's the promise. If you pony up a bit over $100k for the project, she's yours ad lib for the next 10 years. What kind of contract can we draw up on that? Any legal minds out there?
If you have the $, they have the time. Why are you making it hard on yourself? How much are you willing to spend for a year of commitment? Put it out there and see how many replies you get, you shall have your pick.

But as you asked the question more out of "curiosity", I would have to presume that you would see an upside to this type of transaction for yourself.
As others have already commented, a lady would need a rather strict commitment in $$$ to agree to this. Think in terms of paying her rent, phone, car, clothes, vacation and so on. And in exchange you get her "exclusively". But what definition is this exclusivity, as you would view it. Are you expecting this lady to live with you and be on call 24/7 365? If indeed that is what you might be seeking, think very very hard why you would want this. And then flip it around and think, how will this work after a month, two months and so on. Will she become an annoyance to you (and vice versa). Or could this turn into a real romance whereby you two live happily ever after?
For those guys that are seeking that exclusive deal, they have (hopefully) analyzed what they would be seeking with such an arrangement. The gals already know what they are seeking (and in most cases it is the knowledge of a steady and reliable income).
Why not go on a Sugar Daddy site and set up an account for yourself and see what types of invitations you get and see how this game is actually played. You might have some fun with it as long as you don't get sucked into anything that you really don't understand.
If you are simply a very lonely guy seeking that "full time" companion, consider paying a gal her $ 300 and spending that GFE hour with her (and you could see 365 different gals every year). If you did that every single day of the year the cost would be $ 109,500/annum. Compare that with what an exclusive deal would be (and remember this would be the same gal over and over and over), and do what best suits YOUR needs.

I do not know if you are asking out of curiosity or if you are considering it with some lady. If the latter, ask. It is the only way to know if it is possible or if the arrangement would work out for you. "Exclusive" is not the same as "Available 24/7".
