Well it is sort of in the workplace isn't it? It’s just not the normal workplace that people consider.

Woman’s suit in Detroit wins $100,000 because other workers in the officer wore perfumes and deodorant.

All other employees are asked to refrain from wearing scented products, including but not limited to colognes, after-shave lotions, perfumes, deodorants, body/face lotions, hair sprays or similar products.

Gonna get a whole lot a stinky up in there.

There are a lot of deranged nuts around. Don't kid yourself. Some are mentally unstable, some have substance issues, and some have both. It happens.

I don't have allergies or asthma, but some days I feel like I need a gas mask around my office.

A friend of mine got sued by illegal immigrant who was doing work on her house and working off the books.

Dude figured whatever he gets will be enough to retire south of borders.

Very sensational from news point. In most of these cases, upper courts over rules or significantly reduces the payment.

Wonder, if someone else will sue for their right to wear perfumes? Would any one sue for razor rash for not allowing to wear after shave? Possibilities are immense.

This was in a brothel situation near Reno.  The provider booked all the sessions with the brothel.  He is suing her claiming that she lied to him and made him feel like they had a relationship. Apparently she made it clear there was no relationship outside of the brothel he sued.

He brought her a car as a gift, sent her other gifts, but only saw her through the brothel.

Since all of his time with her was paid, and legally so,  Im not sure what he is after.

Believe it or not, from what I have heard, he is accusing her of "faking" her feelings for him.

He visited her so many times, paying for her services legally, as he felt she had true deep feelings for him.  She deceived him and he wants his money back!

I'm really curious about the basis for her suit.

It would seem to me that, except in extreme cases, a provider wouldn't publicly out herself as a provider in court. The cost benefit analysis unless there has been serious harm or there is likely to be a huge payout seems pretty steep.
