Its not unusual to see a $400 hour girl and have the best time of your life while also finding a great regular. Also a $ 700- $1000 hour girl can be just as good or better but the risk is higher. Nothing like spending over $ 500 and getting a rubber thrown on for a bj along with worse service that you got last week for $ 300 !
Large hourly cost is no guarantee of great service.

I've always been a "value" provider-- sticking towards the lower end of midrange throughout my time in the hobby. But now I'm coming back after an almost 3 year absence and have noticed the fairly sharp uptick in rates as of late.
In real estate, they say you never want to be the least or most expensive property on the block-- but the question is, at what rate do you stop and question whether or not it could be problematic? What is your price floor that you just wouldn't feel comfortable going below?
I'm a provider so I'll speak from my perspective. I also took a hiatus (to finish my degree in Interior Design) and when I cam back a noticed most women were charging almost double my old rate (450/hr). So I knew I had to increase and I think I'm worth it 
Now looking around, I think any rate under 600 is low for a highly rated, low volume provider like me - but that's in New York. You're in Ohio so I would say take a look at other women in your area that are similar to you in rating, looks, ethnicity etc and gauge where you are and charge similarly or a little more 
,,,the market place will let you know about pricing...i get nervous when i see anything under $300-$400...i always hope that providers understand that they are building their business...and im hoping that i would leave thinking that i got an amazing experience regardless of donation and i want to tell my friends before the provider realizes that $600 or $800 or $1200 etc is still a bargain-changes pricing and then i can only book 2hrs instead of 4 next time around....charge what u think your time is worth....remember TIME is one of the few things you cant get back.......
I have to laugh. I just skimmed your reviews and it appears that MOST of the ladies that you have reviewed are $80 or $90/hh? It looks like the most expensive lady that you have seen is $300-350/hr. It also appears that you have taken your lumps given your rip off reports while trying to play Nat the less than $100 price point.

This has been my "biggest issue". I have people that saw me regularly before or used to users ago when I was with an agency and thus at much too low rate. I made bank though. But not I'm a LOT more if you aren't doing something longer and there are a lot of people that would have scheduled but I won't compromise rates. A whole different set of people and genres of people found me.
But it is hard when a girl goes through a rate hike, I get that hurting the people used to someone at a set rate. I try to find silly little compromises that don't compromise my morals or business model but helps give them something more.
Well, based on ads and discussions on other boards, AMPs and Asian agencies appear to do a brisk business at price points of $260/hr or less. I imagine if you attempt to undercut their price, potential clients may hesitate without seeing reliable reviews.
A smart provider re-entering the marketplace would update her TER profile, website and ad links too.

Agreed-- but I won't technically be back until April. Having a photoshoot in March and working on my website so that everything is squared away and ready to go.
Was Texas based for most of my career-- so I've got a ton of reviews on the Texas-centric boards-- but I'm woefully deficient in reviews on this side of things-- plus I'm in considerably better shape now (was a small BBW at one point).
Anything below $300 gives me pause. In higher priced markets like Chicago or Phoenix, $300 per hour sends warning bells. I won't even consider if not reviewed. In fact, I hardly even make a provider choice unless there is a review.
In Wisconsin, I consider between $350-$600 per hour and acceptable range. But that is just me.

I read it more as the fact that many of the spas and agencies tend to work on volume principles rather than quality being their first priority. Also-- agency/AMP rates generally don't factor tips into the equation, either.. which I know is pretty much the common practice on the AMP side of things.

a more consistently good experience with Asian agency girls at $300 than I do with indies charging $400-$500. That's why on my home turf I see agency girls, but when I'm traveling to other cites on business, I mostly see Indies and pay more (usually $500, plus or minus a little). The reason is that many cities around the US that I frequent for business don't have any Asian agencies.

What type of experience are you "NO INDYS" going for? Especially those of you talking about these Asian Agency girls that cost less than my hour VIDEO CHAT session. You're in to pump (or in these cases probably be pumped) and dump? I can't see anyone for that little doing more than the minimum or just over it.
I'm just curious because I'm low volume (typically 1 multihr a day on purpose) that specializes in multi hours and overnights and trips. I have to be many different things at once and I found to give someone emotional, mental, and physical care and attention I MUST keep my volume that low.
On rates. I took a couple months off this Summer as I do for other jobs when I worked higher volume, and when I came back I was at 500/hr still, but all these other girls were 500/hr (dc) and it seemed nuts that I could have positive reviews and them negative and yet we charged the same. I also started getting clients that were a terrible fit for me, they're all one hour revolving door clients and it's just not me. I raised my rates to encourage longer sessions and just stuck to my guns. Give a new rate two to four weeks. Your people that fit you will find you and if it's too high you'll hear the same refrain from almost every potential client and you can adjust.

Many indies, including a few Ms. TER's, have put up posts showing they are clueless about how the Asian Agency business model operates, so they assume, hypothesize, speculate and denigrate, just as you have done. I'm not into pump and dump, but there are many who are, so I only book a one-hour session when I'm seeing a new girl for the first time. Repeats are always two hours or more, and if I'm seeing someone regularly, it's not uncommon for me to book two two-hour sessions in the same week.
The Asian business model is higher volume, using a booking assistant, and has two girls sharing a two-bedroom, 2-bath, apartment. (The booker staggers the entry times so that customers never meet each other coming or going, unless one of them is late or early for the appointment.) It's all very organized. Permanently located girls commute to the incall apartment while touring girls who are booked in will live, eat and sleep there during the three weeks they are there. If business is good, touring girls will stay for another three weeks, or longer after their week off for mother nature's visit.
Top tier girls typically make $200-275K a year, depending on how many hours a day they want to work, and usually live in a very nice upscale apartment and drive a nice car, paid for, of course. (I know one top girl who paid $500,000 cash for an LA high-rise condo about 8 years ago that is now worth $1,300,000. I helped her with the closing paperwork, but it was all her money.) Touring girls make a little less because they don't have the volume of regular customers that the permanently-located girls do.
If you know any Asians, you know about the Asian work ethic. (Think of the Asian kids that get into all the best universities because of their SAT scores, NOT because they are Asian.) Asian sex workers provide a higher and more energetic level of service than most indies, and this is why they are capturing market share all across the country from US-born indies.

I loathed it. Girls make 80$ off a hh if they don't offer holes. Yes, they stay busy, but I found that I spoke and developed great verbal/emotional/all of the above relationships (in whatever fashion that person needed because I WANTED to please- my "claim to fame" aside from my extra mouthy mouth) while the Asian girls were all laughing and joking about guys and how stupid their job is but they need to go to school. Or just the market is what it is. In any event, I find myself suspicious of any FS provider here in LA that is asking less than 500, and highly suspicious under 400. At 300 and below i won't even read the review.
The one recent exception was a lady who offered FBSM at a low price and who upgraded to FS for a very reasonable additional fee. In her case I was in the room and was able to judge that, in her case, I just lucked into a great deal.
I long ago got used to attractive ladies entering at 500 or 600 and bumping up to 700 or 800 once they got a couple of reviews. So my logic--based on painful experience--is that at sub 300 either the lady won't match the pictures, or the service will be pump and dump, or both.
This of course doesn't apply to K girl agencies, which seem to have their own laws of physics. Given how infrequently reviewers say the girl matches the pictures, I don't bother with them at all.

I've seen plenty of ladies here that are in the 3-400 range and they've all been top-notch. In fact my current favorite charges 300 and she's fantastic. I'd say if I ran across a lady who was on the lower end of the cost scale and she had a nice website, reviews, maybe is active on social media, I probably wouldn't hesitate to see her. Everyone's situation is different and a lady may very well have a good reason for charging less than what others think she should.
There is a lady I've seen that's from southern VA and she tours up by me once a month or so. She has an amazing body, amazing attitude, and it's always a great time with her. Her reviews here are all top-notch and she's very busy - it's tough sometimes to get an appointment with her. She charges 300. Someone I know once told her she should really charge more and she said "I enjoy myself and I want to give everyone a chance to play!"

ANY provider who is not showing reviews on TER is a potential TOFTT session. It just means the guy is going in blind and has not had the benefit of reading your reviews. It doesn't mean anything disrespectful or negative about you. If you have a TER profile with reviews, you should link it to your posts on the discussion boards. I have seen some indies in the past who first came to my attention by joining discussions and posting here. When a new provider like you starts posting here, I will automatically click the link your profile and then go to your website. I think most guys here do the same when a new provider starts posting on this board, but you don't have a link to your profile and reviews, so you are not getting the attention that normally comes to providers who post here.
I do not know why my reviews aren't linked to this profile-- because when I'm in my profile I can see my reviews just fine. Most recent one was 2015 here, though-- because this board just isn't super popular in Texas.

I took about a 2 year break myself and seen the change. Which i wasn't shocked about. But i was scared or timid to change my price due to uncertainty of me actually making a profit.
So when I returned, i did change a few things over those two years about myself and for myself.
I felt that it was only right i went with a new price structure for myself. And I when i tell you it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
So I say if you want go for it and see how it works for you. I say do it. And the prices aren't set in stone.
Seems the ones that are jacking up their rates are looking for more of a low volume sugar daddy model. In the end, the market will determine your success, just like the rest of us.
I have nothing to add about the current economy. My real interest is when the downturn happens. People should get while they can get!
I think that a lot of men and women cut back on contacts and especially new contacts since the pandemic began. I certainly did. Screening has also changed; did you ever ask to see a vaccine card before? This led to more selectivity, and higher rates and less travel, just to keep body and soul together for some gals.
However, clients income hasn't gone up that much, and budgets for seeing providers are about the same. Higher rates means fewer sessions or fewer providers. If you are on the good end of that spectrum, you are a lovely and wonderful provider. However, if you don't click on all of the right buttons, you may be finding out that the sexually-neglected lady down the street rather than a professional provider is now a more competitive option for a FWB instead for an otherwise desirable client.
Cost of living has skyrocketed all over might be one of many reasons rates are going up.
So coming from the Twin Cities areas I can tell you that the prices have really gotten astronomical since the Super Bowl a couple years ago and covid. Ladies that were charging 200-300 an hour suddenly doubled their prices to that 5 to 600 range.
I know it's even worse and higher in markets like Chicago LA in New York with so ladies charging 1000 per hour. Now I'm not a cheap skate but I'm not inclined to pay 5 to $600 on a regular basis for one hour of fun. I look at things relatively. For me paying a lady $600 an hour is equivalent to almost half of half of my mortgage payment. That's just not something I'm willing to do, although I might make a exception or two.
I prefer mid end girls. I actually have a regular who, although she's older, grandfather me at her rate 4 years ago and I pay 200 an hour for a great time.
I wish I lived in Canada. No shortage of beautiful women and a lot of them are charging 300 to 400 in Canadian dollars, which i wouldn't mind paying.
The south Florida market on the other hand is absolutely terrible. Rates went up for almost everyone. On Eros, mostly fakes and bait-n-switch and a lack of reviews of newer providers. On tryst, most women aren't even attractive charging a $400 - $600 rate and then the select few that are attractive are charging $700 to $1000+. I want to know who is paying these rates and end up not posting a review, leaving everyone in the dark if those attractive girls are worth it.
It boggles my mind how very few attractive women (that aren't fake) there are on ad listings when there's nothing but sexy women all over the region. It's the worst market there is. Most of the old agencies were wiped out or moved out too.
In reality, you could lower your prices, but if you don't show that passion as a provider should. Then your prices, services and location won't mean shit. As a Provider: Your focus should be on the Hobbyist/Customer. So, that you can make the money that you need. Now don't twist what I'm saying. Providers should set some "RULES"/"Dos & Don'ts". Because we are not the so called "DRUG USER". Therefore, Hobbyists need to realize 2 things. The first is that we (The Providers) are here in this field of work because the Hobbyists would either be jerking off in their own homes or having sex with a blow up doll. Secondly we (The Providers) are as human as anyone else( Including the hobbyists).
