Just have someone record you for a few minutes while you have a conversation.
Ever wonder if the version of you in your head matches the one people actually see?
Most of us think we come across a certain way. Calm. Confident. Relaxed. But in reality we might be a little more awkward, quieter, louder, or more nervous than we realise.
It’s funny how self-perception works. You might think you’re being subtle and composed, while the other person can clearly see you’re slightly tense. Or the opposite you think you’re being awkward, but you actually come across perfectly normal.
Sometimes the biggest difference is simply how much we’re in our own heads.
So I’m curious do you think the way you think you act is the same as how you actually come across? Or do you suspect there’s a gap between the two?
Just have someone record you for a few minutes while you have a conversation.
Your voice will sound high and tinny, because your voice that you hear is resonating within your own nasal cavities to sound much more melodic than it really is.
And your looks will astound you. Try this experiment: Look into a mirror straight on for at least ten minutes. I guarantee you will not recognize the person staring back at you. That's how long it takes for your brain to overcome your preconceived impression of what you look like. Be prepared to be disappointed, if not totally unnerved.
I took your advice about looking into the mirror for ten minutes and THIS is what I saw!!!
I ended up looking like Max Schreck in Nosferatu.
(If anyone can figure out how to post a pic of that, please feel free to do so. Everyone I try to post TER won't allow.)

this had me laughting so much haha
Like those of us in our 60’s or higher, I see photos of myself and I think, “who is that old guy in the picture? Damn it’s me!” That’s one positive of seeing a hot 25-year old kgirl in a slightly dark room! At least she can’t see the total unadulterated truth!
40-year-old Kgirl, but the dark room makes her look 25, and for the record, I'm with you and have no problem with it.
I work out 6 days a week and am very thoughtful about what I eat. I was a 32 waist when I left college 40 years ago and I'm a 32 waist today. I dress better than 98% of the people I work with (even in fashion forward LA).
Yet, when I look in the bedside mirror as I'm tapping a sweet young thing, I wonder "Who the Fuck is that misbegotten freak on top of that beautiful girl and how did he escape the home?!"
tapping a sweet young thing" .....That I'm in a movie called "Beauty and The Beast."
"Beauty and the Breasts." My latest regular is a young Asian girl who is slender with natural D cups. How rare is that???
Not as rare you you seem to think, especially in the Thai community.
I have seen are using the deep-seated implants that are popular in Thailand. The Thai ladyboys (trannies) use them, too. They look and feel natural. The giveaway is when they lay on their backs, the implants stay put, while naturals flatten out and slide a little towards their armpits. Out of the 1100+ unique Asian girls I have seen, about 120 were Thai. I have commented on this distinction in many of my reviews of Thai girls. Thai girls working in London almost always have the deep implants because Brits, generally, like big boobs.

I've seen a number that were definitely real.
and screen for cup size, then you can get ONLY the girls who are D's. I agree that it's not as rare in Southeast Asian girls from Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos as it is in girls from Japan, Korea, and China.
and how others see us isn’t always a wound; sometimes it’s the space where our unrealized strengths live — the qualities we’ve grown so used to carrying that we no longer recognize them as remarkable.
I've been told I'm better looking then even I think!
