With regards to  "Female  Condoms"  {FC}:
One would think with all the advanced technology created thus far,  Scientists would've created a
form of protection which doesn't resemble a piece of steak placed on one's "lady parts"!
{FC are such a "turn-off"}

Secondly, if the FC wasn't so cost-prohibitive {$4/each} and so unappealing  I'd regularly integrate
them into my repertoire, as many Companions would also.

It's rather unfortunate most haven't  gotten  accustomed to the feeling of "covered".

May I suggest using saran wrap like some guys tried to do in College!  lol  wth?
Any thoughts or funny incidences when you first began using them, or rather "attempted-to-do-so"?
Do tell!

uses FCs all the time.  She loves them, says they cause less “wear and tear” than regular condoms (she’s in her 50s).  She’s very adept at applying them, no-muss-no-fuss.  I love the feel—almost like BB (which isn’t an option for me).  As for cost, I guess she figures $4 compared to what she charges for a session is no big deal.  She buys them in bulk so I don’t know if she pays $4 apiece for them.  Quality regular condoms aren’t free.

I'm no great fan of FCs. Yes, they do feel a bit better than a regular condom but not enough for me to get over the visual, which reminds me of a girl having a Baggie hanging out of her twat.

...simply put it on like a regular condom.  Several providers I see put them on that way.  Of course, the guy has to be 'girthy' enough.

If you have health insurance and it covers the FC2, they'll be free.  You can ask your doctor or get a prescription online.  Here's a link:

Until recently, you could buy them directly from the manufacturer without a prescription.  24 are $2.00 each but the website says this option is "temporarily unavailable."

May I respectfully submit that for me, FC2 is far less of a "turn-off" than an ordinary low-tech condom?  I definitely prefer FC2.  I feel more comfortable, stay hard longer, enjoy the fucking more, and feel better afterward, with FC2.
.
"Piece of steak" is the funniest exaggeration I have ever heard applied to any condom.  Thanks for that.
.
But if steak were a turn-off for me, DATY wouldn't be the enjoyable pastime that it is.
.
Just my personal experiences and preferences, of course.

I have been curious to learn whether or not they're better than condoms for men. I've read about them extensively, to include many reviews about them.

I tried to buy them over-the-counter at the three types of retail locations in the title of my post and discovered it's just not that simple.  Women can access them via their own medical care provider, but being a guy, I cannot request them on behalf of a woman. Going online is the next option, but I do admit that it's not an immediate priority that I acquire them. Even if and when I get some, the next step is presenting the idea to escorts to try them. (So far, none of the escorts I've asked about female condoms has any experience with them, I've only asked a few of them.)
