professional way, tell her you love her photo gallery and wondered who the doctor was that did her implants because you're thinking about having yours done, then I don't see that as being rude, just a request for a medical referral between two professionals.  However, slobbering all over her from the start that you want to have sex with her because of her boobs makes you look a little creepy and stalker-ish, IMO, so I would not lead with that.  Tell her who you are and get the referral first.  Then if you want to go for it, you will already have your info in case it hitting on her doesn't go well.

Pretty much every civvie girl I know shares their cosmetic dr with friends to the point of going to consultations together or having botox parties. Seems like normal girl talk. She may even earn a freebie on a referral.

After you get yours done the two of you could advertise tittie twin doubles.

Book a session with her, and say something like, OMG, where did you get these?

I recommend doing a little homework prior to contacting her, to try to discover if she says whether or not she has implants.

It may be on her profile here or elsewhere or perhaps in the information on her site.

If she publicly says they're NOT enhanced and you're not yet at the point of having casual conversations with her.... I'd be very cautious about asking such a question.

Why?  Because I've known quite a few providers and strippers who have implants but deny it to everyone but their closest friends.    And she might completely shut you down afterwards.

(If they're real, she MIGHT take it as a compliment but some ladies get offended.)

If you're really ready to get your surgery and don't want to wait until you've established some sort of friendship with the lady, you can go about it in a roundabout way.
Something like, "hey I've heard that your city has some great plastic surgeons and I'm thinking of getting some work done.... would you happen to know of any that your friends or you have used and can recommend?"

I hope that helps a little!

If you honestly have no idea whether they are real or not, they must be amazing. I would see it as a compliment.

not rude at all, start by complimenting her and if they are plastic she might recommend you the doc. Everyone likes to be complimented and giving it a shot wont hurt.

Yeah, definitely don't phrase it that way to the lady lmao.

Enhanced, implants, silicone, saline: yes.

But don't say "are they plastic" when asking.

If anyone asked me that, I would simply say no.   (even though I do have implants)

IMO. Not rude if done politely.

Plastic surgeons love referrals and she can also benefit with him.  It’s a win/win for all.

Happy Tittie Tuesday.

Best of luck.
