I am a newbie to TER and only have a couple of posts. But I noticed that one post that I tried to do was delisted. Can anyone tell me what that means?

that her reviews profile has been removed from TER (due to review fraud or other misconduct or at the provider's request) or that she does not allow reviews.

Delisted providers aren't to advertise or be promoted on TER. This is a reviews site, after all. That's why we're all here.
