Female phone checking a sin?

I think he is referring to snooping around his gf's/ wife's or hooker's phone and reading her texts or seeing who is in her contact list etc...

I'm guessing the opposite.  I think he wants to hit his SO with the fact that its a sin for her to be checking on him.  Sounds like some religious BS dodge he's trying to work out.  Adultry is good but spying is bad?

Dude it's a sin and technically so is hobbying so if you are that worried for your or someone else's soul you probably shouldn't be on this site.  As for everyone else Ill see you in hell. Don't forget your sunblock.

Is it wrong to go through a gf's phone that i'm paying for? It buzzes every hour while we are in the bed asleep and they don't think to put it on silent. A few glances at some of the calls and they were calls from other guys. Yes I hobby but I took a break to establish something meaningful. I went through their phone & discovered that they were cheating so now Im back in the hobby. Was I wrong for conferming my suspecions? They broke things off when they discovered I read everything. Who is at fault?

If you were both claiming to be faithful and you suspected her of lying, I guess it's logical to want evidence of it. Yes, it is wrong for you to go through her phone, but she is an idiot for not being more discreet about her affairs. Duh....show her TER so we can teach her a few things, or better yet...tell her how YOU do it.

Good point. I have my share of skeletons in the closet but while we were together for 3 months or so I disappeared from the hobby. I checked reviews here & there for entertainment & ideas but was pretty clean on my end. I apologized for going through their phone but gave her an example. What if my phone wasn't working & I had to use hers for an emergency call and a text from another guy happens to come through and I happened to read it? Yes she was careless and maybe I was wrong for snooping but no one blamed Elen for going through Tiger's phone.
