The article says he is healthy, and his requirements are that the women be healthy too.

Stop me if I am wrong, but if you are both healthy, sex is not dangerous.  

Sure, it can be somewhat vigorous, but not life threatening.

The best  an applicant could hope for would be that he would happen to die of some unknown condition while they were having sex.

I wouldn't place high odds on that, but since it doesn't sound like he is cheap, you probably wouldn't go home empty handed.

Come on.  Nobody is going to die from sex; and, if he dies, how would you collect the money.  It will be one big lawsuit in probate court with the other heirs, even if the guy dies.  The contract is also not going to be enforceable beause it is either illegal or violates "public policy" (not that I agree with that).  

If any of the providers want to do this they can come see me and f me to death (it's not going to happen; at least not literally).

at 100 to 1 odds.  Given the fact that he seems like a pretty healthy 72 year old, probably not worth taking.  

Also, in all seriousness, does anyone really want to try to kill someone else with sex?
