some of the effects of aging are fairly universally known and even obvious:
sagging, of balls, breasts
but I have been giving my dick a double take lately, and I wonder if it seems smaller.  not necessarily has there been shrinkage, in the erect form, but the "casual"

A large fat pad around the penis makes the penis appear smaller.  Some medications may cause the penis to shrink, examples include finasteride (for BPH or male pattern baldness) or Avodart.  A radical prostatectomy will also shorten the penis.  Peyronies disease and a plication procedure to correct curvature may shorten it as well.
