In my case it would never have happened.  My dad was a sincere Christian man, and I KNOW this could never have happened.  But assuming it could:

Tell Mom - no, why cause her the pain.

Tag-Team - given that my dad is gone, impossible, but if he were here today, it would be WAY TOO WEIRD!

Blackmail - yeah right!!!  Dad was a career army officer!  Too quote a line from Bill Cosby, "I brought you into this world, I can take you out of it too!!!"

ABSOLUTELY - Say Nothing

I'd love to hear how a provider, particularly one who carefully hides her profession from her family, would respond if she discovered her father was a hobbyist.

Other interesting questions - you are a hobbyist, and discover your son is a hobbyist, how do you respond?  and if you discover your daughter is a provider?

and that was before I discovered hobbying... all civie... and some of them he admitted were HOT!

OH, he also told me about his adventures - before he met my mom!  I miss him so!  he was a good friend as well as a great dad.
