now i see them, when i posted, i didn't see the 15. i thought it was odd and loaded the page twice to be sure...... certainly at 15 reviews there is nothing to worry about.
also... is anyone else seeing the MnG page when they edit a post?
Can anyone tell me why my phone number would be blacklisted as LE in a certain city. This is what a provider told me about my number.
I had spoken to her several times and she had agreed to see me, but it never did work out. Finally one day I called her and she agreed to see me. She told me to call when I was close. She was almost an hour away, but I had been wanting to see her for a while now, so I left to go to her. When I get fairly close I call and get no answer. I get a text that says " I dont want to deal with LE today and I am not a prostitute. Please leave me alone"
I did text her back and asked if I could call. We did a few more texts and I spoke to her. She said her friend looked up my number and I was blacklisted as LE. Now, I am certainly not LE. I was wondering why she waited to check my nuimber till I was on my way there. I understand her concern, but it sucks that I am already there to see her. Both of us lost out.
My question is how and why would my number be blacklisted? The only thing I could think of is that I left a couple of mediocre reviews for providers. One of them was in the city I was headed to. So I am guessing that maybe she was pissed and wanted to get back at me. I dont know, but can anybody give me any info on this? Can I find out who blacklisted me and is there anything I can do about it?
One thing I am sure of is that I am not changing my phone number on account of this and, more importantly, I will continue to leave honest reviews. I depend on the accuracy of the reviews and if I get bad service I will put it in my review. This does not happen often since I usually only see girls with good reviews. So, no matter what I will continue to give out reviews as they are earned. This is for everyones benifit, except shitty providers. Your welcome!

Not sure why you say you see no reviews, textcat. He has 15 of them.
For the OP:
There are any number of places you can be blacklisted, too many to list. Some are local, some national, some personal black lists shared within small groups of friends.
You probably will not ever know for sure who did it and why. It could also be a mistake.
Even if you discover the who, what, when, where and why there is almost zero chance it will be removed from the list (especially if it's a national list.)
Don't sweat it. You have 15 reviews so I don't forsee this as being much of a problem in the future.
You will probably not find out about the blacklist, but it should not hurt you with your reviews.
I would recommend quietly accepting your small loss of time and driving...until someone else posts about that same girl having bitchy behavior. THEN you speak your peace, backing up the guy with another complaint.
The last time I wrote a bad review, I was banned by the agency involved. Oh well, it's their loss not mine.
You could try Google Voice as an alternative to getting a hobby phone. The service is free and it allows you to send and receive calls as well as send texts from the service. I have a smart phone with Internet access so it works very well for me. It allows you to keep your original number while having a virtual "hobby" number attached to your cell. Then you have what looks just like a "legit" phone number you can use strictly for your hobby. If you set it up correctly, the service can be registered to an anonymous gmail account and as such provides a decent barrier between hobby life and home life.
I have had some flaky providers call my cell late nights while at home because I called earlier in the day and they missed my call. With the service I disable forwarding of the calls to my cell at the end of the day. What I like most about it is if a provider gets busted my real cell number isn't in her records and while if LE worked hard enough they could eventually get back to me, for a soliciting charge it's unlikely they would expend the resources necessary.
I'll admit Google Voice has the potential for serious abuse by rip-off providers and clients alike but hey, there it is.
