While going thru the TER database, noticed that some cities are strictly incall.  This is wonderful EXCEPT when I travel and have no idea what is where.  Obviously, I have to do outcall on these trips or spend an hour wandering around a town I have no idea about, and I have done that one one too many times to count.
My guess is that cities with primarily incall service are those with few travelers coming thru.  
It seems the vacation areas of Miami and NYC are hot spots for outcall.  Are there any others you can suggest?  I may just have to book my trips around the cities who have a good group doing strictly outcalls.

I would agree Phoenix has some of the best out/call as well as in/call for very resonable prices.  Check out TER reviews there are a couple dozen well review independents like Chrissy Stone, Sky Silverman, and Jorden K, and if you want an agency try TLC, Taylor Lynn and Co.com they are very creditable.

You should use mapquest or yahoo maps.  I am pretty sure you know where you are staying.  You can book an appointment and ask the provider how long of a drive from your genereal area to her place.  Then you can get directions from one of the map engines.

Just rent a car with a navigation system. Greatest thing since pizza.

that's kinda funny. Just that I've been to New York and Miami once apiece, and did 3 parties at each, two incall, one outcall.

Best for outcall in my book...Las Vegas. Ton of great women, almost hard to find incall. Distant second, Atlanta. Better pricing, lovely ladies.
