The former is not all that unusual and not a contradiction at all since the lady can offer whatever level of service she likes.  She is not creating an atmosphere, she is selling you an hour of her time...on her terms.

Your logic makes sense and it is true that the PSE should be more like a porn movie, this should be simple, where as the GFE tends to be a bit more complicated.
