The reviews, and reviewers are almost as important as the number of reviews.  No amount of reviews is going to prevent a NCNS on occasion but an explanation is always in order.  Shit happens whether we like it or not.  

Are you saying she NCNS'd on you and had no explanation?

You can't be sure she won't do the same thing to you.

I would not even consider her.  The odds aren't good enough.  Without knowing more details, it's hard not to take this stand.  Short reviews mean not much detail in my book.  Just too many variables for me.
