according to studies cinnamon turns men on?  I can take it or leave it myself, but I'm not a man.

I never heard of any aphrodisiac qualities for cinnamon but....

It is one of the healthier condiments, for sure.

Thanks. I have a great appreciation for women (and guys) who

put that much time and effort into their fitness. I know it's not easy... even for people who love to work out, as I do.  

Oh yes those hammies, and thighs, and that indent... I call it the Dip-In.  I love those Dip-Ins.  :)
