Many many many times we have clicked on a thread which outlines improper behavior from both sides of this coin. Everything from rip-offs to taking calls while doing the horizontal bob.
Whats YOUR biggest pet-peeve? Filthy room? Tardy? Repetitious cancelling...etc

At least pretend you're interested and Turn off the tv, turn on some music, light some candles...
I am on who, when I host incall, I turn the TV to a weather or news channel, not to watch it, lol, but for the purpose of nosy hotel staff/housekeeping. I've also noticed that when I go to outcall to hotels, the gentlemen often also have the TV on, I believe to serve the same purposes, or they are traveling w/business associates & if someone were to hear something, they have the TV to blame. I actually had an instance once wile on tour, & the hotel called up to my room to ask if everything was OK(he was kinda loud, in many aspects), I blamed the TV, said I'd turn it down, & apologized... no harm, no foul... I can see though if she has it tuned to her favorite station & you catch her watching it during the session how that could be very distracting though.
.... would be half-assed taking care of your hygiene (gargling w/o brushing teeth, washing with only hot water and no soap, washing with warm water and soap but not rinsing thoroughly, etc).

1) If the girl is not ready on time I usually give a window period depending on my mood. My time is very valuble so waiting in a hot parking lot is frustrating and expensive.
2) Cigarette breath. Kissing a girl who's mouth smells like a dry ashtray is utterly gross as well as a woodkiller.
3) Cleanliness needs no explanation.
4) fake ads. Not the girl in the pics or her but 12 years and add 25 lbs. Excessive ink that gets photoshopped off is also very misleading.
5) Loud fake screams, oohs and aahs can easily be heard out in the hallway. Plus I am sure the neighboring rooms have already complained about it.
Ladies, when spend the money and time with you, please turn your phone off. There is nothing worse than just about reaching that perfect moment and then RING.....RING.....RING It really takes away from the moment and then if she reaches to check and see who called while your doing her doggie, its like can you please show me the attention you give your phone. Again, please put your phone on silent when the date begins or at the very least, when the games begin.
