I often wonder which city/state escorts are highest in demand?

You would think LA and NYC would be tops because of the population and cost of living, but nope. Many of those markets are saturated thus making it hard for all providers to get the amount of work they want. Some do, and some don't. In areas where there are tons of guys and NOT tons of providers, that is where you'll find more demand. They pay top dollar because no one is touring their towns, and they are tired of seeing the same women who live there.

It also depends what you look like, and what you offer. For instance, I have two ebony friends that do amazing in Jersey, Minnesota, and Boston....I did not do that well. OTOH, I have made bank in areas like Cleveland, Memphis, and Alabama where other women said it sucked for them. There are no absolutes with this, so I hope your post is not suggesting that you are just wanting to move to a new city to provide, hoping to do well. It may not work out that way, and you may find yourself having to travel.

Had a friend who was charging 350 in KY and moved to NYC...her rate only went up 50 bucks but she was living in an apt. that billed out at 5k a month. Needless to say, she moved back to Kentucky in less than six months. She was a gorgeous blonde, petite, young, etc. but simply did not make it in New York as a provider.

Part of her problem: a $5K/month apt.  No need to spend remotely that much.  You can find a very decent studio or 1br on the Upper East Side for about half that.  Someone gave her lousy advice on what to rent.

I would never live in NYC because for the square footage I demanded, it would be like 30k a month lol. There is no way I could live in a 2 bedroom, much less a damn studio the size of one of my bathrooms at home. It is simply outrageous to live there. I am literally not kidding about that. I have a bathroom the same size as most studio apartments in NYC, and it has 2 walk in closets for toilet paper and fkin towels.

But, you see my point on demand. Many women in NYC who once commanded at least 1k, are down to 600. The market is too saturated. Getting an eros ad for that area is 300 because to even get noticed, you need a top 10 placement. The BP ads are visible for about an hour, from what ladies have told me, and are I think like 15 or 20 bucks!

Doesn't matter.  What she "wanted" was unreasonable and put her in the hole to the point where she couldn't recoup her costs and still make a decent profit.  Demand is another issue, but if your  basic business model is flawed by a bloated cost structure there will never be enough demand to support it.

That is a low rate for such a high priced area. Women in my area charge that and can still see 10 guys a week, but our cost of living is so low, they really only need to see half that. I would have done the same thing in her position. Why spend so much money to live in a closet, when she could go back home to a house that was 3500 sq. ft. and make more money? NYC is not for everyone, for damn sure. With a full time job and providing on the side, she could have made it work.

Yes, there are a lot of providers there at the price, but also quite a few good ones at $300-$350.  $400 is probably the norm, though.  And it's very easy to get a 1 BR apt. in the East 70s and 80s for less than $3K per month.  Perhaps part of her problem was also marketing?  I'm assuming she's hot?

I really can't imagine living in anything less than a couple thousand sq ft., and I live alone.

I do agree that $400 hr is hardly "dirt cheap" although I would assume it doesn't make her a HDH by NYC standards either, and I would certainly think that a $400 hr hooker would be able to live rather comfortably, even in NYC.

Ok, not dirt cheap, but to me it would be for how I would want to live. If your monthly bills average 5k-7k all things considered,  how many guys would you have to fk at 400 to even cover just your bills, if this was your only income? To me, any rate that forces me to see more than 5 guys a week, would be too low.

You guys recall my debate with CS over this very same thing, and you can't go by the women who only post ads on TER every week...those are not always the highest paid providers.

Congratulations on coming out, fucktard!  I hope you're at peace now!
(sorry, but if you're gonna throw up softballs....)

Nothing unreasonable about that, She was unable to do so in NYC, so she moved. NYC is not for everyone, nor is it the center of the universe. lol

Exactly! If I am going to be sucking strange d*ck, damn right I am going to live in a nice house, drive a nice vehicle, and put my child in private school! Those are the perks of doing this in the first place. If I wanted to live in something cheap, I could go work at any office or hospital and make a decent living.

I'd park my airstream in the middle of the Dakotas energy boom...Those carpetbaggers have to spend their 100k somewhere...

Dude, you really are right.  Totally just on the numbers, what a provider should maximize for (all else being equal) is a high density of men with cash and a low density of women who want to fuck them.  "Man camps" at refineries and natural gas extraction sites make a lot of sense.

That said, if I was a provider, I'd avoid them anyway.  Seems like a potentially high-pressure scene.
