I've done most of the common porn stuff with gals who were strictly GFE, but I've met a handful of gals who were PSE, and the main difference to me wasn't what they did but how they did it, which in the case of the latter was with a certain attitude and brio.  

I sort of liked it, but I'm a GFE kind of guy at heart.

GFE and PSE are representations of what an actual girlfriend or a porn star might do. Since the definitions of either are so subjective and highly contested, I'd rather not speculate on how others define them. As someone who offers GFE and PSE, I think of PSE as including GFE with additional activities that make for a more high-intensity experience. This may include face fucking, deep throat, gagging, lots of sloppiness, cum on my face or in my mouth, dirty talk, fisting, rimming, and Greek. For me, it's also a style of engaging in these types of play.
