Hard to explain.. but display is all funky.. Clasic is OK.. but cannot find Photo Board there..
It's fine on my phone though which is strange..

But I have seen what you speak.. Might want to reboot your machine, clean your cache, delete temp files etc, and just logout, and log back again.  Typically when that happens, it happens to everyone across the board, but w/o knowing details of how TER are set up under the hood  its impossible to say.
