I'm a guy and I can careless if other guys or cut or uncut, BUT, ALL of the women I have been with on the Civvie side said they don't like uncut cocks.  The way they look is the biggest issue I have heard.  While dating a few women in the past several of her siblings had boys and they didn't get their pee-pee cut and she said "Are they nuts"?  "if you don't cut them they look like WORMS...NASTY"    Again, this is not me saying this.  Thank GOD my mom and dad had me cut at birth.  :  ;)

The cut ones win out. Many threads here and elsewhere decrying the odor and dick cheese abundant as some men have no clue how to wash their junk, which is sad in and of itself. Some ladies have even mentioned there is still a faint not so pleasant odor after washing. A lot have said the cut ones look better.
