Its called desire for a reason...If I feel like rubbing one out, I will toss on some porn and take care of it...Notice, that I wasn't physically aroused at the start of this process. My brain made a choice, and I took the appropriate action to satisfy that choice.

You have to feel like "rubbing one out". You still have to have an urge. Maybe there will never be something to increase urge/desire. So sad really. Yes hormones rule, but I believe a big majority of the problem is low self confidence and poor self image. When a woman feels she is beautiful and sexy, she will be into the sex.
imagine desire does not exactly spring forth. Also, sex is not about wanting to have it all the time...this business is living proof of that.
