I read an article yesterday about what some people do for love.  

-Read about a few couples who dress the same every day of their lives, for the last 50 years.  

-Another couple does not go more than 15 feet from the other, they are never separated!  

-A lady searched all over the internet to find a man with the exact same name as hers... and yes they got married (only to get divorced later)

-Another couple topped everyone by deciding it was a good idea to have surgery to look alike. YEAH, you read right! The guy got implants, surgery etc... just to look exactly like his wife!  

I personally would not do any of this... but I think having a husband get surgery to look like the wife would be creepy! The wife would be even creepier sleeping with someone who looks exactly like her IMHO.

So what are other crazy things you have either read, personally done, or know someone who did... in order to be closer to those they love?

Personally I've never done or know of anyone that would go to this Extreme. The only story that I can remember is Liberace and his young BF that had Plastic Surgery to look like Liberace.

Long ago I worked closely with a guy who married a girl raised in Alaska, settled in Huntington Beach California, and for well over a decade refused/forbid her from getting a drivers license (for her safety and the continued closeness of their family).  

  Ironically when she finally did get a drivers license she fell for a disabled man that she had a job caring for, and the 20 year marriage fell apart.
