I would say most are somewhere between A & B ... relatively attractive men.  
If they are hot or not when they come in I don't even think beforehand ... it's cleanliness and if his nails are cut and clean lol.  Even when they get in person not thinking hard about it. Focusing on if he's nice/personality.
I don't recall ever thinking "man I hope he's hot" before they walk in.
Not even trying to fluff or be nice but the Harvey Weinstein looking types are pretty rare....again I find the vast majority to be average (slightly above even) which is not a bad word/slur to me.  
Being hot is not going to get you better treatment or extra time or freebies.

For the most part, most of my clients are really attractive, usually in their 40-50, fit and take care of their physiques. But, what also makes them attractive is a really good personality and chemistry. Without chemistry an attractive guy can look ugly. I do turn down clients who I think I wouldn’t connect with because that’s key to making a date both of you will never forget.
