She has been in the background,with almost nothing to say through most of his first term.

Then she emerges a week and a half ago for an interview with the New York Times.

Look for more of her, as she will undoubtly be the key to any shot Bush has at winning relection. His record sucks, despite the spin.

She is the compassionate conservative he wishes he was.

She looks like such a sweet woman, but as my dad always said
"You are judged by the company you keep."

There have been 1st ladies that have helped in elections, like Jacqueline Kennedy, but it is VERY rare.  Even FAR more influential 1st ladies, such as Eleanor Roosevelt, Roslyn Carter, Betty Ford, and Hillary Clinton, seem to have little impact on the election.

OTOH, Theresa Heinz Kerry MIGHT make a difference, by spending Tens of Millions of dollars, or more of her own money in ads attacking George W. Bush.  She's worth $500 Million, so it might be a really big deal.

So what is the attracton to WYeeHaa?

Im sure Wyeehaa(I like that) is a much different husband and father than he is a president!!  Most of us are not our jobs!!  I remember watching a biography where at one point she threatened to leave him unless he quit drinking.  He certainly stopped and it seems she loves Wyeehaa(this name is just too funny Raoul) very much.  Wyeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
