to ask about 420 friendly providers?  Either when contacting individual directly or on forum boards.  Just curious to know how these types of things are best handled.  Tell me your advice or experiences in this area.....

As a provider I wouldn't mind a hobbyist asking. I am not 420 friendly and if that is something a hobbyist seeks as part of his experience he has the right to ask, in my opinion. I'm curious to know what others think though...

About that subject, I would demure making any reference to that or any similar subject, lest you be on her ignore list or worse.

There are some girls I have seen mention it on BP ads in some areas but not many which is wise as a lot of guys are not into "Organic" offerings and as Mr. F stated you run the possibility of offending the girl. My best suggestion is to back channel guys that have see her or just go see a girl you like and if you smell that tell tale odor then bring it up.

If you get on LEO radar, you will most likely be charged with a misdemeanor, any 420 and a creative prosecutor will get multiple felonies. Instead on solicitation, you get distribution of controlled substance, Prostitution, criminal trespass if at hotel, maintaining a vehicle for.... and then before your family knows anything they go to your house. Before anyone calls BS, just read the Law Log in the smaller Newspapers

I have certainly learned a lot from this thread. I will now recant my earlier statement

The provider was someone I met 3rd time. She got into a conversation about getting high and she asked me if I'm cool with that.  I'm not a pothead or a druggy by ANY means, but a little bit of that? I don't care.  

Any other time before that, you may risk a NCNS... cuz some providers will assume you're LE.
Or if they are not 420 friendly, they may think you're a druggy and avoid session.  

I thought possession of it under some amount isn't a crime in many states? I also thought you'd have to have a large enough amount in possession with intent to sell in order to be charged with distribution.  I obviously don't know much about pot stufff.

If a lady is 420 cool, she'll let you know.
