Ok. So I’ve always offered incall in 4+ hotels, but now I have an incall that's a one bedroom apartment. The men I see are used to the plasma TVs, marble counters, expensive headboards that the nice hotels offer. Well my incall is in a convenient and safe location. It’s nice in the inside but it will not have the expensive décor the 4+ hotels offer.

So how would this make you feel if a lady you repeat with now has an incall without the upscale furniture that is usually found in nice hotels? What if you never saw her but assumed she would be in a 4+ because of her website photos, would you be disappointed that her incall was just an apartment?

Now don’t get me wrong, I plan to put about $500 into decorating, but I don’t want to spend much more. And there's no view of the city skyline, no marble just wood cupboards and counters, no glass doors on the shower, but just a regular nice one bedroom.
thanks

a bed, vs an air mattress on the floor, a bathroom (with actual running water, indoor toilets are also a plus)), and paint on the walls that doesn't chip off and fall into the bed with you.
It's all about the lady, the smile and greeting, and the quality of time spent together.  The rest will take care of itself.
I've had some great times in some "not so high class" accommodations as well as 4+ hotels.  You'll never see a negative comment about WHERE we met in my reviews, only how the date was.
If you get a repeat client who makes a statement about your "plain" accommodations, or walks around with a white glove on, tell him to hit the highway! LOL

I would not be concerned at all as long as it was safe, discreet, clean and cofortable.

I'm very sensory oriented and enjoy everything about a session, including the decor. TV wouldn't matter to me but everything else about the decor would. It doesn't have to be expensive, just attractive and tasteful. You should be able to do wonders with $500, especially if you shop for used furniture, art, etc. Hit a few yard sales in upscale neighborhoods.

The providers I've seen have been in nice apartments in good areas. There's one provider I'm seeing tomorrow that is in a not so great apartment in a not so great area (judging by Google street view), but she looks amazing and people rave about her, and nobody has said anything bad about her incall so I won't let that stop me. Maybe the inside looks better. :)

It seems like an apartment would be a lot more economical than a hotel, and as a business owner I'm all about low overhead. :) If you can keep more money in your pocket and keep things safe and convenient, more power to you.

A lot of what you need can be purchased used...  just get furnishings that'll last.
The bed frame needs to be safe with no squeeks with firm bedding.  No foot board is a plus.  Normal furnature for most of the place.  Good bedroom mirrors are desireable.  TV should not be an issue unless you plan on playing porn.  Music player of decent quality, helps mood, can help timing by learning tracks.

Bathroom needs to be clean but I have a curtain at home...  I throw the liner away regularly rather than waste the time cleaning a low cost item.  Have clean towels.  A selection of soaps or at least something unscented.   I suggest liquid soap for hand washing.

500 isn't enough to furnish an appartment...  or is that figure just for extras?

To make it pretty.

I guess I will need to spend more.

This is becoming an expensive project and I only make $300/hr.

Damn. Shopping right now and even the waste baskets and nice tissue box holders are crazy expensive. $64.99 for a waste basket. Wow.

Your incall should be about u, Not the decor. You can be economical as well have have style. Try an thrift store or auction. Also think outside the box. Curtains, Linens, And the mood says it all , candles are essential. focus on things that make the mood.

I am renovating my incall place, a 350 square feet studio.

I have a great and very affordable handyman and he just estimated around 3,500 for his labor and about 4,000 in materials.

To renovate and furnish an incall place that can be compared to a 4 stars hotel room will cost me about 10 to 15 grand.

So, prepare to spend way more than 500. I advise you to not go too crazy right now and just put some money aside every week for your renovation.

You don't need to go to the extreme I am willing to spend but even if you go with Ikea furniture, some painting, new curtains and a new carpet it will cost around 3 or 4 grand.

of the place then the furnishings.
A nice firm mattress with a bed that does not make noise would suffice ;)

A comfortable bed and clean surroundings is all most of us need. If I have the time or the inclination to check out the rooms decor that means you aren't doing your job. lol

One thing that is a must, the place must be clean, clean, clean, I have no doubts that you already know this, otherwise you wouldn't be considering the upgrades to your incall.

It is my home away from home..
I try my best to make it feel romantic, homey and clean at all times.

It is furnished with cheap things from garage sales etc.. but, at the end of the day..I think it is much better then some cheap hotel...

It is very easy to keep it clean and much more private then any hotel..

Cuz that's what I do, y'know :-)

I doesn't HAVE to be THAT expensive.  Pick up a couple of magazines off the rack from the checkcout aisle:  GREAT ideas, little expense, little expertise needed.

Check out your local thrift stores for great accessories for a fraction of the price you'd pay even at Target.

$65 for a wastebasket - friggin' SHOOT me. Even if I could afford that, I wouldn't pay it.

Just my unsolicited .02.  I'm trying to avoid work, lol.

Clean, clean, not a lot of little knick-knacks, someplace inviting to sit other than the bed, new looking bath towels, not an overwhelming selection of soaps,a few candles--unscented,

On a low budget, spartan, bright and clean is the best bet for me.

... if *I* were a woman trying to decorate an incall or much of anything else; the last place I would turn for advice would be to hobbyists.

There are likely to be damned few interior decorators in this crowd. Know what I mean?

But I'll give you my opinion, understanding in this case it ain't worth much and ymmv.

If I booked you, I booked you for more than just your good looks. I'm there for the specific purpose of seeing YOU.

As long as it is clean, I couldn't care less if you decorate it out of the Family Dollar.

And whether your headboard weighs 5 lbs or 500 lbs will have precisely zero impact on my choice to repeat.

I have observed a consistent positive correlation between a provider's attention to her surroundings and my interest in repeating with her. It is not so much that pleasing decor would make me change my behavior. I just find that attention to such details and a clear display of stylistic and thematic preferences are generally reliable indicators of a lady's personality and attitude. The ladies I like can do amazing things with a plain old hotel room.

The decor is a subtle plus! The candles, the music and sound system for your I pod, the toiletries and quality of the towels in the bathroom will make you stand out from the rest of the ladies. Go with what you want to do, don't listen to some of these hobbyist who don't even know what asid or aia stand for.

I think a lovely place along with a lovely lady is a complete assault (in a ggod way) on the senses.. 400 thread count sheets to slip into..   Nothing feels as good against the skin. Nicely decorated with sensual art.
Otherwise your just in a fuck factory.

I think that may also be an allure for some guys.. Trashy surroundings.. Beautiful girl.. Some just like that.. I dont.
Thats just me though I guess :).

I love a complete package!

and not in a completely bombed out part of town... I am seeing you. As pointed out, it needs a real bed and bathroom.

Other furnishings and decorations can come over time.

However, as a home handyman... here are my thoughts.

For $500 you can do a lot if you do the work yourself, and with $500 you're not going to be doing anything crazy.

Get paint. Painting is easy (take the time to do the prep work). PM me for info on great paint for a good price.

Get decent towels - this will probably be the most expensive part, but it's a nice thing to encourage guys to clean up. Don't get great towels, though.

Get some shades/curtains from some place like JC Penney. They have Roman shades which look nice and are easy to install. Curtains can be fussy, depending on what you do. Regardless you want to be able to control the daytime lighting and keep out prying eyes.

I'm sure if you offered a discount for some guy with an electric drill, etc. to hang your curtains he would be ecstatic for a discount for you to service HIS drill.

For $500 you can get the bones of the place ready for fancier accessories. IF you do the work yourself, or barter with a regular (I believe bartering here is not allowed, but you could post it on your web site).

I have a great incall.  Have always been complimented about it.  Decent used furniture can be found via CL/thrift stores/yard sales. I have never bought new - especially NOT Ikea.  (That stuff is and looks cheap.) Buy good used.

And a good paint job on the wall with some decent decorations make a huge difference.  Spend money on the more important things like nice linens.

Keeping it clean and smell good is key too.  But spending that type of money is so wrong.

You need to take your pretty behind down to your local goodwill or thrift store and shop smart.  You can find many bargains at these stores.  MANY very nice things can be found and some with the tag still on the product.  OR if that is not your style how about finding a discount store like TJ Maxx or Marshalls Home Goods.  Your $65 waste Basket would probably cost you less than $20 at one of these two stores.   Seriously, you could make your whole apartment pretty on 1 hours donation without a problem.  Wow, $65 on a waste basket.

to an apartment. For the most part it really shouldn't matter too much as long as things are clean.  But for some it may lose a little of the overall fantasy of things by not having the 4 star look.  For me, fantasy is a lot of the fun and I never want to overlook that part of the game.

TV or view the skyline.  As long as your place is clean, the bathroom is clean & uncluttered, well stocked with nice towels, neutral soap, etc. and your king size bed has quality linens, you have met my criteria for decor.
