"trip around the world" in the hobby context means everyhole is available IMO, and I would expect that is what most of your clients are going to be expecting.

If you don't plan on offering trips to Greece, I would definitely change my ad if I were you.

but I can see how someone could be mislead.

Maybe:  "Have tongue, will travel?"

It's not as confusing as some ads by ladies who travel the world in search of clients.  Many list languages they speak, including Greek, not as a sexual menu, but literally (in the truest sense of that word) that they speak Greek.

I have an ad on BP and I mention that I do "trip around the world".  One gentleman is writing and telling me I am scamming people if I don't do greek because 'trip around the world" means I do everything - I don't do Greek, at least not with someone I don't know.

I was always lead to believe "trip around the world" means a travelling tongue, it has nothing to do with anal sex.

so just so I know what the general consensus is and if I should change the ad or not, I wanted some thoughts on what you think of when a provider or a client mentions the term "trip around the world".

The world, in this case, is your body. A trip around the world means a stop at all the ports. So to speak.

See link.

As others have pointed out, includes stops at all ports along the way...

To my knowledge, regardless of what the Urban Dictionary says, a "trip around the world" is a now archaic expression referring to analingus.  This expression was used in the sixties and seventies and seems to have lost its vigor in favor of blunter expressions.  Based upon my understanding, the young lady is, essentially, correct.

Lol true that! I've confused a few guys before when they asked what I do in my spare time (One of my interests is learning to learn to speak Russian). I've gotten a few perplexed looks followed by "What's to learn? Looks like you've got all the equipment!" or "I'll tutor!" before I say something in (admittedly poor) Russian.

Whoever invented the system of code apparently lacked the foresight to anticipate the confusion that would ensue with the increased commingling of cultures!
