I told this guy no more than once. I told him don't call me or email me. But he keeps on emailing me, saying I will meet him tomorrow. He didn't have to say "or else...." I already knew that.

What should I do? I told him that if he comes anywhere near me, he'll be sorry.

when you see his e-mails come through, or better yet, block his e-mail address.  Chances are he'll go away when you stop paying attention to him.

I agree w/ Mary.  Does he know your incall?  If he doesn't then no need to fuss.  If he does and shows up treat him like you would any stalker; call the police.

I tried blocking him, and somehow, his emails get through anyway.

Stalking is a crime ...  That being said:  CL is well known for its caliber of clientele & providers.

I've noticed a couple of your posts that lament CL ... my curiosity is why you'd continue to post on CL if you know it's "full of assholes and wackos" ?

You seem to have way too many problem clients, and I think it's something that you're doing to market them.  My first guess would be CL, but you may want to re-think your marketing in general.

I have pulled all of my active ads off CL.

I have found 3 new places to advertise. I'm also considering posting on Eros.

every time he e-mails you?  Maybe one of the computer geeks out there can be of more help to block unwanted e-mails than I, but unless you just don't recognize his e-mail addy when he writes, I still don't see the problem with hitting the delet button.  Don't bother answering him.  You're giving him exactly what he wants....attention.  You're fueling your own problem.  

As far as CL being a problem in general, I know a couple of reputable providers who advertise on CL.  It's an advertising forum like any other.  The forum isn't responsible for the actions of those who advertise, nor for those that answer those advertisements.  You can catch just as many wierdos on Eros.  If you're having continual problems, look at the wording that you use in your add and the pictures you post.  Sometimes what you say or the pictures you show will attract a certain clientelle.

I don't have any reviews yet. I'm talking to a gentlemen that responded to an ad I posted on the NY regional board. Hopefully, he reviews me.

Lamaya -sorry for your probs. A couple of tips to keep you safe.
1. make sure your phone has a  block feature and block his calls
2. make sure you NEVER give out your location until you have satisfactorily screened a client.
3. Block his email too

If he can't reach you by phone or email and doesn't know where you are, he's gonna have some trouble harassing you. If he gets through those barriers, then you have to call the police. Remember, you have rights too and just because you are working, doesn't mean you have to put up with that.

At the very least,have your cell billing address listed as a mailbox, cause this info is easy to pretext or purchase and use emailers like Hushmail that eliminate your traceable IPA in the mail headers.

Screening, as done by many providers, is better than none, but hardly. It's easy, I did it to start with no references, to BS Escorts by name and detail dropping info about other providers who they don't check with, if not directly on you then the gal before you who will now provide an introductory reference for a evildoer to run on.

It's a dangerous biz, cause there are some professionally adept predators out there.
