Those dumb asses don't realize their IP address is captured when they post the fake ad. Yeah, there are ways around it, but most are not smart enough to take those measures.  

Sadly, it's doubtful anyone would BL the guy until after they've met him or been put through the time-wasting & frustrating wringer of dealing with him.

If civvies want to partake of the same BL for dating purposes, so be it.  The BL for this guy would be after the civvie fact, but before the P4P and that's why it'd be preemptive.  At least it could have a chance to provide a benefit to a provider.
