He's being charged with misdemeanor stalking.  Guess that's the closest they have to a BSC charge.

Sounds more like a civi offense than a P4P offense, although I know you said preemptive, but how would this have been affective, prior to his conviction?

Sadly, it's doubtful anyone would BL the guy until after they've met him or been put through the time-wasting & frustrating wringer of dealing with him.

If civvies want to partake of the same BL for dating purposes, so be it.  The BL for this guy would be after the civvie fact, but before the P4P and that's why it'd be preemptive.  At least it could have a chance to provide a benefit to a provider.

But since the use of such a list could be construed as aiding & abetting then it's unlikely to ever be put into effect by the powers that be.  Usefulness be damned!

How would the lady have blacklisted him before he posted the ad?  

Given he didn't violate any laws(to my knowledge) prior.

Does this guy see escorts? Depending upon that answer a BL could be irrelevant.

Just accept the fact your post/idea is STUPID! and based on an emotional response to a incident you heard/read about.

You should also realize no amount of preemptive measures are going to protect people from every possible danger.

 
Sure, let us blame the legal system for all our woes.

Those dumb asses don't realize their IP address is captured when they post the fake ad. Yeah, there are ways around it, but most are not smart enough to take those measures.
