What is your listed occupation?

Do you use a special type of accountant that specializes in cash only business?  Such as accountants that service questionable organizations that are in the "vending machine" business.

I've always wondered this since I got into the hobby.

Would the way a lady files her taxes, be pertinent in deciding whether or not you see her?

Every self employed person cheats on their taxes.

My cousin owns a bar in Chicago. He encourages cash sales since every cash transaction is a potential for him to cheat on taxes.

Why should providers have to pay taxes for their hard work?

Then us Hobbyists should claim the Money we spend on Providers as a Tax Exemption. LOL!!!!!!

I ran my own business for years before entering this world. I had my own corporation, and filed the appropriate personal and corporate taxes every year. When I became an escort, nothing changed but the source of the income.

Because I have lived conservatively, consciously and by the rules, I've been free to obtain and pay off a mortgage, fully fund my retirement accounts and invest in my own dreams.

Just as every self-employed person is not necessarily a tax cheat, every escort is not a short-sighted opportunist

My CPA, who is not based in Chicago BTW, completes the rest of the tax form and files it electronically. It is none of your business what specific information ladies put on their tax forms.

Ladies, remember Al Capone was taken in and locked up for a long time for tax evasion, not prostitution, bootlegging, gambling, etc. which he was more widely known.

but at the commonly-held assumptions about many of the ladies.

I have no reason to be touchy-- as I'm sure I made clear.

An unreportable situation I'd buy small expensive things and store them elsewhere for retirement ie baseball cards rare coins, gold. People who flash money that doesn't exist in paper after the ones who become targets.

Apparently all my ideas suck this far lol. I will be filing, and keep track, BUT, I need references to professionals (legit) who I can tell I do this to so I can get real advice from.

Not sure what to do, who to ask; however, proof of income is needed to make large purchases, get leases, etc. Also, I'm assuming large cash purchases, (such as a car,) will be reported to the IRS. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It's not important to list how you obtained the money, just the fact you report it.  Keep in mind the government keeps laws ambiguous (such as tax laws) so they can prosecute you when they can't prove the crime they truly want to convict you of.  Let us say a government official want's to nab someone for prostitution.  If the suspect is careful, it might be difficult to prove, but tax crimes - no problem.

It is also important to realize you are not allowed any deductions against illegal activities (except cost of goods sold for drug manufacture/some cases dealing).  So even if you list all your income, if you put down auto mileage, or breast implants as a deduction - they have you there.

Now if you are only being paid for your time, and not any illegal services, deduct away.

The IRS doesn't give a shit how you got your beans, who counts them for you or what you choose to call them but you better damn well pay taxes on them or they will be knocking at your door.

The listed occupation can be anything ( consultant, entertainer, etc,).  The important thing to remember is that not reporting the income and paying the taxes can cause a larger legal problem than prostitution.

You should wonder how much tax you have to pay for this year lol, like they care to explain how, the fact that i know some lady do accept credit card. If you work an under-the-table job, would you care to pay for taxes lol. They probably spend all those dough on clothes, handbags, cars, etc... Before taxes would even have a chance to lick it.

I put the money in a plain envelope marked “Rasha’s taxes” and discreetly place it on a side table in the tax examiner’s office within the first five minutes of the audit.

Just because you keep saying, "Who's your daddy," during the session, doesn't mean you can claim us as dependants.

you got the female examiner and the envelope was required. She must have been jealous or she would have dropped her panties for you. You are hot.

I can assure you that I would perform a very thorough examination and never expect an envelope from you.

Dear Tabu:
Although you have been proven to be an erudite and cerebral companionship tycoon, I was just wondering would you modify your number from one to four depending upon how much revenue you earned for a particular quarter? Also what are the deductions you might take being an independent business woman such as travel and lodging?  I am sure that you have these discussions with your tax attorney on a regular basis.  Also what are the things that you look at from the House of Representatives with respect to certain items that can be claimed within a given year?  Also during the recession do you feel the tax laws for independent business persons have been more laxed or stringent?  Just thought I would ask since I know you are just as clever and crafy with this as you would be with you social and libidinal skills?

I don't do end of year taxes...I do quarterly, and I could not tell you wtf my CPA does because I am horrible at math. At least 20 percent of my income goes to Church/Charity, and that's all I am saying about that part.  I don't try to deduct for things like hotels, airfare, condoms, etc. because they were purchased to do something illegal and across state lines, at that. Pretty stupid to try and deduct those things, but I have heard of many providers doing it. Not only is it tax evasion, but it's also fraud. I would rather just make less money than fk with the IRS. Two people I don't mess with are the IRS and God. Just sayin.

Also consider, most of us have another form of income that we have no choice but to pay full taxes on. As long as your other income can substantiate your provider income, you are in the right place. For instance, if all you clear from your other income is 2k a month, don't be an idiot and deposit 10k a month from your provider income and not report the shit. Duh...it's there! Better get a shoe box or start handing your friends cash to write you out a check for deposit.
