I utilize a personal assistant...

I have just finished graduate school and will be moving into a more 9-5 job later on in the year, and doubt I will have time to devote to the emailing and screening that I had while in school.

So I'm considering hiring a personal assistant to take over that part so I can focus just on the playtime! My question is if a provider uses an assistant does it have any impact on your choice to book with her or not?

A. No it doesn't matter to me at all that she has an assitant
B. Sorry but I wouldn't see someone who uses an assistant
C. It's ok as long as she is transparent that it isn't her answering the emails
D. I don't really have an opinion on this

And most of my clients don't mind. I let my clients know that if ever they need to contact me directly, I have acces to the phone application I use to book my appointments. Otherwise, most of my booking is done through my amazing assistant via text/email. I think it's really important for your assistant to inform your clients that it isn't you but rather your aid.

Having an assistant has taken a lot of stress out of my professional life and has allowed me to focus more on the intimate time spent with my sweethearts.

As long as the assistant is professional, and in my experience they all are, she is a benefit to the hobbyist as well.

Don't know how I would react to a male assistant ;-)

Congrats on the new degree and new job!

I'm fine with assistants in the approval, booking and other prelim stages. But a couple of times I have been left in the lurch as date time approaches and the Assistant is not responding and I have no way of contacting my hostess directly. I also refuse to book based on email alone. (My real phone is smart; my hobby phone is stupid and doesn't do email.)

Mostly true.
B. Sorry but I wouldn't see someone who uses an assistant
Not a problem, as long as he/she is responsive and reliable.
C. It's ok as long as she is transparent that it isn't her answering the emails
Always appreciated to know whether I am talking to you or your asst.
D. I don't really have an opinion on this
I don't have an opinion. I have MANY opinions!

I know that most assistants are likely legit, but I have had an experience where the so-called assistant was a front for an agency.   I want no part of an agency, because I want to be 100% sure that the provider is making the decision on whether or not to take the appointment.  The idea that someone may be telling her to see me is a non starter.  So I stick to providers that I can communicate directly with.

I've only met a few gals who used assistants, but all of them were good experiences, so I say:  Why not

But every once in awhile I'll go with C. And with you, C would definitely be on the table

I have had a few really great experiences with competent and experienced assistants. But I have also been given bad intel and had sessions screwed up by incompetent ones. It's a toss up and obviously your success with them will depend on many factors.

TBH if I know that a provider uses an assistant, it makes me a bit less eager to book with her.

Just make sure it isn't a guy that handles that, at least ostensibly.

One provider I've seen is very disorganized. Having an assistant keeps her more or less on schedule (she's never been less than 45 minutes late, so I don't think anything can keep her right on schedule).

Other assistants have been extremely rude, or very friendly and helpful.

Just as with any other business, an employee can make business better or worse. You won't know until you try, and perhaps try different assistants until you get the right one

You can be 100% sure that the provider is making the decision to tell her assistant who to book and who not.

it throws me off when I hear a deep baritone answer the phone...just a tad unsettling.  Makes me wonder who's gonna be in the next room..So, use a female, if you don't say "make an appt with my assistant" in your ads, have the assistant pretend she is you...

I had a very bad experience with a booking agent early in my career in this world.. I found the girl on Twitter told her the reason she wasn't go to see me and got a call from her five minutes later. She made it right. Haven't dealt with a booking agent since. Keep in mind with whoever you hire they need to represent you in a positive light. It helps if they know anything about you.

but one of my great pleasures in this endeavor is email flirting with my new paramours that i am pursuing a date with.

get an assistant but still make sure you are accessible to clients.

i hate not having actual contact with a lady until physical meets.

I think most of us prefer direct contact with the lady we want to see. But believe me , I get it. A popular Provider is flooded with emails. Most time wasting nonsense . So I certainly understand  the need for a personal assistant.

The key is.......the assistant must be organized and diligent . Lives literally depend upon their competence .
Plus I it is always important to remember who works for who! Some PAs tend to act like pimps. Never let an assistant control things. They are there to make YOUR life safer and easier .

It helps if the assistant has some personality. And is prompt with communications. A little flirting goes a long ways.

There are several assistants I actually enjoy working with. I know they are reliable. And I know they will pass along any special request or other communique to the lady .

I can recommend a couple  great PAs if you PM me

If the escort is someone I really want to see, why not.

I have found that in mist instances I expefience, the
scheduler screens and answers most email. I'M

However, there are those providers I deal directly with
that give me access to personal email and cell numbers.

They prefer not having to give a cut to the scheduler after
a first date, especially when they are willing to adjust the
rate. For me, I often return within a day or two, my favorite
being breakfast in bed the next morning, before the store
opens for business. These interludes are usually some of
the best sessions ... sorry to digress!

I would vote for C, but be very careful.  I saw a lady a number of times that had an assistant that got sloppy and let somebody through she shouldn't have and the provider had a very rough session.  Took her a week to recover.

Problems and confusion cropped up when a provider started changing the time and prices without the assistant's knowledge. Then, I didn't know who was the provider and who was the assistant.
It was a clusterfuck.

This happened with two different providers and neither of the appointments ended up happening. One of them, I turned up and the provider didn't because of me not being able to tell who I was communicating with etc.

That was when I had just started in this thing.
Now I  want my last pre-appointment communication to be with the provider.

I prefer direct communication with a provider instead of an assistant because it can give you a preview of her personality and it can help to build rapport and figure out if and how compatible we will be. Some of my best sessions got off on the right foot because of enjoyable booking communications with the provider, and on other occasions I dropped communication with providers because I could sense from those initial communications that we would not get along.

When you introduce a middleman (or a middle-woman) into the communications, it adds another potential point of failure and confusion and runs the risk of turning the communications into the telephone game, in which messages or important details can get lost or distorted.

With that said, a provider's use of an assistant would not deter me from seeing a provider that appealed to me, as long as it is clear that I am communicating with someone other than the provider.

Not in the case I was posting about.  The "assistant" was no such thing.  It was an agency posing as an independent provider's assistant.   If you read my post again, you will see that my objection is with agencies.   In that case, you CANNOT be assured that the provider is fully responsible for the decision to accept an appointment.  As said previously, that is a non starter for me.
