Hey, is anyone else having issues with the online chat, and chat with providers function?! Seems it may have been down for a few days....or, it's just me...*sigh

well what i do know is that it doesn't work on Google chrome, but Internet Explorer works.... I don't use any other browsers, so my best advice would be to use Internet Explorer....
