I would go to Germany and stay at a number of the FKKs. There is no place in the world like them. I have been all over the world from Bangkok, Bali, South America, Central America, Amsterdam, and Prague. Nothing compares to price, quality or experience.

Have not been to one of these, but the websites u posted are very impressive. I will say they look nothing at all like an FKk which the other poster suggested. An FKK is wonderful in its own way -- and probably my favorite way to partake -- and honestly the best bang for he buck (literally!) on the planet. So if u can do without the beach and have the stamina to do several hot girls over a several hour period and ( and possibly do this for a few days in a row) there is nothing that can compare to an FKK.  

That said, seems u are looking for the beach and weeklong companion and that does appear to be limited to these choices, all of which appear to be in the Dominican Republic. Doesn't sound like your female archetype would match but FYI they have private villas like this Thailand, with girl for a week and option to swap daily for about 1/3 the price these places are quoting. Never done that, but can highly recommend Thailand and its girls in general.

Maybe it’s all about the girls at Viking, but it looks lame on the web. 3 acres? Really? Stones throw to beach. Really? Not my idea of a luxury island resort.
